Bryan Health ezVisit Implements Free COVID-19 Questionnaire

Bryan Health ezVisit has implemented a free COVID-19 questionnaire based on CDC guidelines for patients concerned they may be at risk of the coronavirus.

To access the COVID-19 questionnaire, visit bryanhealthezvisit.org or download the Bryan Health ezVisit app. The questionnaire is free. Patients are asked a series of questions, which include information about:

• Symptoms
• Travel history
• Exposure to or contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
• Risk related to age and chronic conditions

Once the questionnaire is complete, recommendations will be provided with appropriate next steps.

In addition, Bryan Health ezVisit is offering complimentary visits for individuals experiencing symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. Enter the promo code, COVID19 at the payment screen and the visit will be free.

“Virtual care is a responsible first step for people who are concerned they may have COVID-19,” said Andy Whitney, director, Bryan Telemedicine. “It allows them to get advice on the most appropriate level of care without having to leave their home. Individuals who believe they have symptoms of COVID-19 should call their primary care provider in advance of in-person care. If that option is not available, please call the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department COVID-19 hotline at 402-441-8006. Bryan Health also has a dedicated COVID-19 hotline now available. A nurse will answer medical questions about the coronavirus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call 402-481-0500 as needed.

Bryan Health ezVisit is a convenient way to receive a diagnosis and treatment from a board certified Nebraska doctor. It’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
