Bryan Health Entities Recognized for Physician and Employee Engagement
Multiple entities at Bryan Health have been recognized as a 2022 Human Experience Award winner by Press Ganey for outstanding achievement in physician and employee engagement. The awards are part of the organization’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.
The following entities earned each distinction:
- Pinnacle of Excellence Award, Physician Engagement – Bryan Medical Center
- Guardian of Excellence Award, Physician Engagement – Crete Area Medical Center and Merrick Medical Center
- Guardian of Excellence Award, Employee Engagement – Bryan Heart

The Pinnacle of Excellence award is given annually to the highest performing organizations on the basis of extraordinary achievement. As a recipient, Bryan Medical Center is recognized as a hospital that has ranked in the top five percent of health care providers over the course of several years.

The Guardian of Excellence Award honors Crete Area Medical Center, Merrick Medical Center and Bryan Heart for being ranked in the 95th percentile for sustained performance during the reporting year.
