Dr. Tyler Haussler Joins Platte Valley Medical Clinic


Dr. (Adam) Tyler Haussler grew up in Arapahoe, Nebraska. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.

After undergrad, Dr. Haussler was commissioned into the United States Air Force. He completed his military commitment at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska where he acted as the Internal Medicine Medical Director for the DOD-VA Joint Venture Hospital. After completing active duty as a Major, Tyler returned to Nebraska to continue practicing medicine. Prior to joining Platte Valley Medical Clinic, Dr. Haussler practiced in Holdrege.

Dr. Haussler is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. As an experienced Internist who has practiced in many areas of the country, he brings a unique perspective to his position and looks forward to sharing that with patients at Platte Valley Medical Clinic.

Dr. Haussler is married and has four children, including twins born at Kearney Regional last November. He enjoys fishing and playing the guitar, as well as basketball and pickelball.
