Stephanie Boldt Resigns as Chief Executive Officer of Crete Area Medical Center
Stephanie Boldt System Vice President for Physician Partnerships and Facilities
Crete (November 15, 2024) - Stephanie Boldt has announced her resignation as chief executive officer (CEO) of Crete Area Medical Center (CAMC), effective November 18, 2024. Boldt has been named system vice president for physician partnerships and facilities at Bryan Health. In this position, Boldt will serve as a member of the health system’s executive team and oversee health system construction projects, Bryan Physician Network, property management and joint ventures and partnerships. She assumes her role after serving as president and chief executive officer at CAMC for the last four years.

We look forward to her continued expertise in our health system.”
Julie Lacy, CAMC’s chief financial officer (CFO), has been appointed interim chief executive officer while the search for a permanent CEO is underway. Lacy has a wealth of rural healthcare and leadership experience and recently served as the interim CEO at Merrick Medical Center in Central City while maintaining her CFO duties at CAMC. Lacy also provides Senior Leadership to finance, materials management, nutritional services, environmental services and the facilities team.
