In this position, Boldt will serve as a member of the health system’s executive team and oversee health system construction projects, Bryan Physician Network, property management and joint ventures and partnerships. She assumes her role after serving as president and chief executive officer at Crete Area Medical Center (CAMC) for the last four years.
“Stephanie has routinely demonstrated success in leading highly engaged teams, achieving system-wide, statewide and national recognition for quality and performance,” said Russ Gronewold, chief executive officer, Bryan Health. “More specifically, she’s excelled in the past few months by assuming interim responsibilities in this role upon the departure of a long-tenured executive team member. We look forward to her continued expertise in our health system.”
Boldt has over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare. She began her career in a clinical setting before moving on to executive roles in hospitals across Nebraska, including Crete Area Medical Center, Thayer County Health Services and Jennie M. Melham Memorial Medical Center. Under her guidance, Crete Area Medical Center was named as a top 100 critical access hospital in the United States by The Chartis Center for Rural Health this year.
“This is such a great opportunity to continue as part of the Bryan family and support our patients and providers,” said Boldt. “I’m eager to create meaningful environments for our patients to receive care and build upon the relationships we have with our physician partners. It’s exciting to continue the work we’ve already started.”
Boldt earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and master of business administration with an emphasis in healthcare, both from Bellevue University. She achieved fellowship status in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) in 2022.
