Description

An 8-week cancer recovery program for anyone in any stage of cancer treatment or recovery (from diagnosis to post-treatment).

Meets weekly at the April Sampson Cancer Center. Each session begins with 30 minutes of exercise, designed to meet you where you are, followed by education on various topics to support your well-being outside the group.

Topics include:

  • Mental health
  • Survivorship
  • Nutrition
  • Brain fog and cognitive dysfunction
  • Financial planning
  • Self-care
  • Rehabilitation therapies and tools
  • Cooking

$40 registration includes 8 sessions, snacks, prizes, a workbook and tracker.
