Dr. Owen is great!

My Dr is retiring so I was seeing a new Dr. Dr Owen listened carefully, asked questions and explained all test results and a course of treatment. Thus far, I am very pleased with him.

I had a good visit. My only negative was two of the nurses seemed rushed needing to get to the next patient. They were there to get my information and vitals. They did their responsibilities well and I am not much for a lot of small talk but a caring smile and a seeming more interest in my visit would have made me more relax and comfortable. But as I mentioned the nurses preformed their tasks efficiently and I appreciate them and all they have to do.

Dr. Owen has been the first doctor that I have seen in a very long time that has been patient enough to get a complete health history from me. He is a great listener and I am grateful to have him as my care provider!

Computer system was down, so the visit took longer than expected, but everyone was able to overcome the situation. The nurse even called the pharmacy to get a list of my medications, even though they would have been listed in MyChart and available once the computers were up.

I want to thank Dr. Owen for setting my appointment with Sutton Dermatology.

My experience was excellent in all phases. Dr Owen answered my questions in detail with a personal touch.

Filled out a lot of paperwork to give information on my current condition but was not asked about some of my issues such as arthritis pain in my hands or pain in my knees. Talked about kidney issues but didn't have any suggestions to follow up.

I wish they would be more clear about the check in process and time. We had a 10:30 appointment and arrived a bit early. We didn't realize it, but since it's the first time at this clinic (we followed our doctor there), our appointment was actually at 11am, but they had a 1/2 hour check-in time. I wish we would have know that as we would have picked a different time. We were late picking up a child/sibling from school, which was dismissed at 12 noon. Also, we didn't need the 1/2 hour built-in time, as there wasn't any paperwork that we needed to do except electronically sign one document. It was frustrating to wait 40 minutes before being seen, and be late for our next engagement. The care itself was great.

Too many email and text reminders

I have never had some great service from EVERYONE at a physician office.

Dr. Owen is always very knowledgeable and kind.

I was glad that he was able to determine quickly that I did not have shingles which I thought for over a year that that's what I had. He recommended dermatology to help diagnose my condition. I was very thankful that he listened to me and took my condition seriously.

This was my first visit with Dr. Owen. I was very pleased. He asked lots of questions about my health and I had a thorough exam. Will definitely stay with him as my primary care provider.

Dr. Dan Owen was great, as was Rachel his nurse, and the MA (? Name - sorry). I appreciated the team approach to care even though it was a visit for typical health issues. Everyone seemed to know their role on the team and did not overlap much. Clear follow up instructions were provided and the printed summary with future appointments was appreciated.

Very pleased. However, the number of emails regarding test results should be reduced from multiple to one. I have been in undated with an email to access my chart for each test result, this is too much.

Dr. Daniel Owen is so sharp and knowledgeable about any subject we discussed. He explained each finding of the fasting lab results, and was encouraging. He shows interest in my health, and educates me.

I think when you're in the mall area it's very hard to tell where you're located at. I had to drive around a lot and the signs didn't help much. That would be the only thing I could think of. Otherwise I was very happy with everything.

Two different girls helped me check in with the tablet, which I didn't know how to do. They were patient with me and Dr. Owen is wonderful as always, as I followed him from the clinic he used to be at. Thank you.

Everything went real well. Dr. Owen takes a lot of time to explain things. He really does a good job and everyone there was very nice. Got in and out, really good time. And I guess that's about it. We really like him and the place.
