I did not know what to expect or what she did coming to this appointment. I left knowing why I was there and why I needed to keep on top of the situation. I really liked this Dr. she did great job and explained everything great

It's a unique experience to be able to trust the skills of your provider and also enjoy everyone's personality. I got that from my first phone call all the way to the treatment I received.

Excellent care

I could not say enough good about Dr. Ongstad. She is amazing. That is the most awesome medical experience visit that I've ever had. She was so kind and caring and encouraging and instead of telling me all the negatives she told me the positives. She told me she was honest and was just amazing is the only word I can come up with. Awesome and amazing. The staff there were so friendly and kind and Dr. Ongstad is not she's not only very professional but she's very personable and like I said I have never had a more wonderful medical experience or doctor's visit. She is the best of the best and you are very fortunate to have her working for you. She is amazing and I'm so grateful that I was able to go to her. She is the best the best like I was told and we're very grateful for her.

Dr. Ongstad and her staff are extremely competent and prepared. They make you feel confident with whatever they're doing. When I've called in with questions, they've been patient and keep me on the line until they're sure that I understand and my question has been answered. I can't say any more than that.

I thought Dr. Ongstad was an awesome person and Dr. She was very professional with me, asked me the right questions, and encouraged me to give her honest, straightforward answers. She answered all of my questions in a way that was easily understandable. I was very pleased with this appointment,

I was treated respectfully. The provider apologized several times about making me wait, when I actually didn't wait long compared to how long I have waited in other Dr offices. This provider treated me with respect and listened to everything I had to say and genuinely felt like they cared. I've been to a lot of places, a lot of hospitals, but this is by far one of the best I've ever been in. The nurses are very, very receptive. They listen to you. They take care of you. There's never any bad comments or anything from them. They're just always smiling, always nice.

I would really like to be able to meet with the doctor rather than the PA since it is only a once a year appointment. Since it was scheduled a year in advance, I was hoping to get to see the doctor but was told she was too busy. Otherwise the visit was ok.
