Everybody was very timely

By the time I was able to be seen my gout symptoms were gone and Dr So was unable to draw fluid for testing.

I was a new patient so I was pleasantly happy with the care I received. The providers were very knowledgeable about my situation and I left with a plan.

Dr So was very informative. His nurse and PA were very helpful. My appointment was quick and the dr was to the point. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend Dr So and his staff to anyone with feet problems.

I think it is a HUGE benefit to the patient that this provider utilizes the available science and technology support applications to tailor the procedures to a specific individual and their physical structure. This allows him to take a generic treatment approach and elevate the quality of care by tailoring his actions to be uniquely specific to treat an individual and what is unique to their physical structure.

I would like to know what the billing is since Dr. So did not see me, did not perform what was there. I had the appointment with him, I got stuck with a nurse. What's the billing on it? Why wasn't he there?

Good first visit. I appreciated being able to cast the new orthotics while I was there.

Dr. So and his team had a very calm energy and could see I was panicking. They helped ease the anxiety I was having and walked me through step by step what was going to happen.

We had an appt at 7:00 am, as a first time patient we needed to fill out paperwork. We were there at 6:45, but the doors didn't open until 7. My husband was filling out paperwork the whole time my daughter was in her appt.

Only thing I don't like is I could not get just a text message of my appointment time without going on mychart I'm not much good with electronic devices

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful. I did not get her name, but she helped me through the whole process and was kind and friendly. And Dr. So was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have been happier with his interaction with us.

This was the first time I'd ever had this procedure, so this was helpful. Dr So's nurse, Chelsea performed cutting out the ingrown toenail (I believe this was her name). She was very good and very skilled. She explained things well in advance and communicated throughout the procedure information that helped me to feel comfortable throughout. In the beginning, I was a little bit nervous about the guy who was going to come and give her the shot, but he had a really great way of kind of distracting her and making her laugh and feel like she wasn't really sitting there about to get that shot. So he was funny and lighthearted. And Dr. So was great. It was a great appointment. Thank you.

Didn't explain how to care and put the dressing on. Bandage came off before I left the room. Another person redressed the toe.

Dr. So has a great bedside manner. He is personable, friendly and knowledgable. I will recommend him to my friends and familly.

The numerous injections into my toes were VERY painful. My dentist rubs some chemical on my gums with a q-tip before administering a shot...makes the actual injection painless !!!

I thought I would get more info, then i read the notes from the visit and was a lot more detail listed then what it seems we talked about. Hoping PT can explain several questions I now have.

The staff there was professional and friendly and very nice. And the PA or the assistant who took my information before Dr. So came in was really friendly and easy to talk to and helpful. The visit was pretty easy and I felt like I had a lot more information when I left. So I was very satisfied with the visit.

Dr So was really wonderful. I've been dealing with several issues with my foot and knees and had recently seen a different specialist prior to Dr So, and frankly that specialist was awful and less than helpful, leaving me very discouraged. I decided to get a second opinion, starting with seeing Dr So about my foot. So glad I did! He really listened to me, asked questions, answered my questions, and helped me understand the issue and gave me several options to treat my foot pain in addition to giving me guidance on how to stay active while I recover, which is super important to me. Though I saw him for my foot, he offered a recommendation to another specialist to help with my knee issues. He seems to really care about his patients, and I really appreciate that. Definitely a wonder doctor and I would recommend him to anyone having foot/ankle issues!

Would have preferred to see the doctor, as scheduled, but we understand that family emergencies do happen, and the NP was good and seemed knowledgeable.

Dr. So was unexpectedly called away and the office got me on the day's schedule with Chelsea at my original time. When I came in I learned of this change and was impressed that they were able to fit me in with a very competent Nurse Practitioner. Chelsea did not know much about my history as she had never seen me before and did not have time to review anything before seeing me as I was squeezed into her schedule. She was careful, deliberate, thoughtful and thorough. Lastly she removed my very painful corns (caused by wearing 30-40 compression stockings for past 20 years). No one has ever done this as well as Chelsea! I had no pain at all while she worked without first numbing the area. Normally the area is thoroughly numbed and it is still quite violently painful. I am impressed. Darla and The rest of the administrative staff are also wonderful. Great improvement since I first came to Capital Foot and Ankle about 4 years ago. They are very respectful and go out of their way to be accommodating. I witnessed one lady who wheeled a patient all the way to the building entrance because she was unable to manipulate the chair herself. Darla assisted me by locating what I needed to purchase from the store.

I was impressed from the moment I called for an appointment. I had been in the ER on Wednesday afternoon. Was told to call and make a follow up appointment for further exam and instructions in 3 days. Which I was like okay it will be next week and I was not sure how much pressure I could put on my foot. I call the young woman listened closely to me and told me that Dr So could see me the next day. I am 64 yrs old and have too much experience with getting into see specialist.....cancer, MS, back issues all my life.....born breech, back fused etc. I was ELATED! I was also doing in home PT with Tabitha at the time from my fall on October 25th.......when Crete Bryan ER said that there was NOTHING wrong with my left foot. I knew it was broke!! I have broken several metatarsal bones in my right foot before, I was so impressed by Dr. So's staff. Friendly and caring! Excellent staff!! Dr. So was perfect as a Doctor for me. He was kind but to the point. He listened to me and showed me the xrays......which I am a visual person I loved that. Clearly explained it and was to the point. Which is what I want and need in a doctor. He shared other concerns he seen and sent me for a blood test right next door at Bryan B on 48th. That was also excellent! She was excellent at blood draws. In and Out! Dr So was very clear about how and what I could do for the next 2 months. My appointment is made and I have the phone number. JUST ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM STAFF and I give Dr. So the best review I could. After cancer and going to Nebraska Med for treatment and surgery! He is in my top 3 doctors ever!!! I have told my PT Trevor at Tabitha Home Health and my Chiropractor Dr. Dan Mosier care all about Capital Foot and Ankle and Dr So for referrals! My daughter has had ankle surgery due to a genetic bone disease. Her surgeon has moved away I told her I highly approve and this is the Doctor and Capital Foot & Ankle is the place for her.

Dr. So was very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, kind and caring. Bryan Health is very fortunate to have him on staff.
