This is my second time following Amy Agena PAC to her medical practicing destination. So glad she didn't go too far.

The staff at this clinic is incredibly friendly, and I always feel listened to with any concerns or questions. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and the pace of the appointment was appropriate. My provider asked a lot of questions and was very thorough in catching up since my last annual exam. I'm always treated very well at this clinic and genuinely feel taken care of!

The appointment is just very fast, I always feel like I forget something to ask about because I'm being bombarded by questions from start to finish. My advice is to slow down, schedule appointments for longer than 30 minutes, and give more time and space for patients to ask questions.

The phlebotomist needs a raise or PA school paid for, both preferably.

Amy is absolutely the best provider I could possibly have. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Spends so much time with you hearing and addressing all your concerns. It's just sad other providers don't take the time to listen to their patients like she does. I pray she never leaves Lincoln, she is a huge assest to the community!! I can guarantee she doesn't get compensated like she should with all the research she does on her own time!! I could never repay her for all she has done for me!!

I have always received excellent service!

It was very fast and efficient getting done all that needed to be done. The phlebotomist Riley did excellent, the poke was not painful and she was very nice and made sure i was okay

Amy is amazing! She treats the adults in our house. She knows each of us without looking down at a chart. She does a great job of listening and addressing all of our needs. She is really good with problem solving, and knowing when to refer to a specialist, and whom to refer us to when needed. She goes above and beyond for my senior mother's care as well. Amy is down to earth and nonjudgmental. She will laugh and joke with you, but also takes your care and needs very seriously. Shout out to Lynette for assisting Amy with appointments and phone calls. Sheri at the front desk is always kind and thorough. She has helped squeeze us in with emergencies. I always look forward to working with this care team for myself, and my family.

Yes, I have no complaints about the service or the care that I've given. The only problem that I have ever had is, you know, they're busy. I know when you call the nurse, it takes a long time to get through, to get back to you and you know, that's important. And then I think that's gotten better. I think they've put another person on it. That has been my only complaint is the phone service. So, thank you.

Yeah, I had a really good experience. It was my first time going to the doctor for a long while and Amy Agena was pretty cool. Pretty, you know, listened to what I had going on, gave me some answers. But yeah, everything I expected from... a...you know doctor visit, so.

Amy listened to me, asked questions and gave answers to my questions. This visit was the first time she's every seen me so wasn't completely aware of all my health issues. I was pleased with her care of me.
