everything went great no problems. the staff was great toke great care of me. dr. was great .thanks to everyone.

First visit to this clinic. Was recommended by my Urologist. Check in was efficient. Interactions with RN and surgeon was pleasant and professional. This was just a consultation, so I am not able to rate on surgical skills/followup.

So, I would say that overall the staff at the clinic did an excellent job of getting me in very quickly and efficiently and they all were very kind to me. Dr. Goering, incredible knowledge and is very, very cautious and careful with his exam and he's got years of experience and knows what he's doing. So, I couldn't recommend a better provider. Alright, bye.

First time seeing Dr. Goering and staff. I felt very comfortable and not intimidated at all.

This was my first time there & everyone I saw treated me like they had known me for years. They were so friendly & explained my upcoming procedure in detail. They answered all my questions & were caring.

I saw my doctor for about one minute. I was with the nurse the rest of the time. The doctor saw that I was talking and left. I'm not paying to see the nurse practitioner. I'm paying to see the doctor.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful & the check-in process was very smooth. Dr. Goering's nurse, Brenda, was very caring & did a great job.

When I went to visit, the doctor was still in surgery. He had a lot of extra additions that day, so I wasn't able to see him. But I've had him done things for me before, and he was very good and competent, and their office staff is the best. Explained everything really well. Thank you.

Very pleasant visit.

I was somewhat disappointed that I didn't see Dr. Goering. I saw his PA. So I won't see him until the day that I have the procedure done. So that was a little disheartening. And not that she did anything wrong, it was just I didn't get to see who I thought I made the appointment with.

The nurses were very kind and sweet to my daughter, very helpful. The doctor was very nice to my daughter and he made us feel like he cared.

A surgery consult for a screening colonoscopy is a waste of time and money. A letter in the mail and nurse phone call would have been sufficient.

Our front receptionist was very informed and polite. The nurse, Brenda, was very nice and helpful. My daughter saw Dr. Goering and he was very polite, helpful, and answered all our questions. We were seen in a very timely manner. In fact, we got there early to do paperwork, and actually were taken back to a room and seen by the doctor and done with her appointment before our actual appointment time. There were no people in the waiting room when we got there. We only saw this doctor because my daughter had an appendicitis and he was the surgeon able to do the surgery. Thank you for having such a great group to handle this surgery. Life sometimes throws us a curveball, and Dr. Goering made it seem effortless.

The visit was very easy, quick responses, in and out. The nurse was in, doctor was in right after her, didn't have to wait on anything or anyone. My questions were answered. They seemed to care what was going on. It was just, I wish every doctor's office was like that.
