In a small clinic with so much provider turnover, it's important to keep great ones like Abigail.

My wait time was longer than expected. I was scheduled for 11:00, arrived at 10:44, but was not taken back to the room until 11:20.

I came needing lab work done. I also had another health issue. Lab tech told me I could see the APRN that was there. I agreed and she saw me in 15 minutes! Quick diagnosis; problem solved!

Provider was obviously running behind as we sat in the room for 45 minutes. It would have been nice if someone would have popped in and let us know what to expect time wise as we were getting close to leaving and rescheduling.

It was as pleasant of an experience as one could hope for having to go see a doctor.

I guess I just wanted to comment on how our appointment was at 4 o'clock, and we didn't even get out of the clinic until 5 o'clock. We probably didn't actually even get to see our doctor until, like, 440, so it would be nice if the providers could run more on a timely basis.

We absolutely love our family DR.SHEETS. she is kind, caring, informative and is so kind! We know our children and ourselves are in great hands! She is trying a awesome addition to your hospital! Thank you ma'am!

This is Deborah, Abigail. She did a wonderful job, got me on my way to getting well. I really appreciate her. Everything she recommended was highly recommended and I'm feeling better. So everybody does a wonderful job. I just appreciate all you get to get me in when I'm really sick. I would recommend you to anybody. You are one of the top Bryan Hospital clinics I've ever been to. So they treat me very, very well. They know me real well. So I thank you very much for all your help and I wouldn't change anything. You're doing a great job. I just love all the bubbliness and the greetings and they pat you on the back and say you're doing a good job. So more power to everybody. Give everybody a pat on the back. Thanks again.

When receiving my phone call, to make an appointment, the receptionist could word the reason I am making an appointment differently. Asking me "what my problem is" is sort of blunt. Many times it's personal, I know she needs to estimate my time allotment, but I feel she's over nosey

Building is NOT wheelchair friendly! Hard to get into facility, hallways and doorways to narrow.

She is just the BEST PROVIDER!!!! Love her

I felt like she was saying I was abusing my pain meds. I take what is prescribed for me and no more. I've never had that experience before ever at CAMC. I will prefer not to see her again. I feel you have to trust that your Drs and they need to not jump to conclusions I know perception is reality so I admit I could be wrong but I'm not comfortable with her.

Abigail Sheets is very personable and has terrific bedside manner. She may not have had my daughter in the past, but she looked through her history to understand what medication she has been given and what worked best for her and even listened to my comments about my daughter's medical history in the past. So she did an amazing job with her.

It would be nice if the Rex system worked consistently so I wouldn't have to go without my medication because it went to my old pharmacy from a year ago.

I don't know for sure what where you're from. If this is from the Creed Hospital that I just got out of this morning, I was very satisfied with it. The nurses could not have treated me any better and it was a very good experience and I still have the pain but it's not the nurses fault. They did everything they could.

The care has always been very well for me. I appreciate all the doctors that work there.
