The only problem I've had is sometimes when I call to ask a question or make an appointment, I'm on hold for a long time. And sometimes when I've left a message and asked to be called back, no one calls back.

This was my first visit to a doctor in quite some time. I appreciated that everyone was respectful and helpful

As a new patient the whole process went well the nurse being very sweet and provider was very personable. I felt heard and questions asked were ones I had waited years to have someone seek to get to the problem.

I go to the VA but I wasn't happy with the results that I had been suffering with for two weeks. Your doctor tool te time to listen to me and treat my problem. I am very grateful.

I like seeing Arin Elsberry because of the fact that she sits and listens to everything that you say and is very knowledgeable on how to solve the problems and she's right on it to find a solution. I answered the very first question wrong. It should have been A4. I was in and out of the office in a very good, timely manner.

Amazing experience! I felt listened to, and options were communicated in a knowledgeable, easy to understand manner.

I got up early to make an appointment on Friday and my purpose was to get an x-ray. When I got there they told me the x-ray technician was sick so the whole appointment was unnecessary and I didn't get an advanced warning or I wouldn't have come.

This is the first time I had seen Arin. The PA and MD that I usually see were both out of the office and I needed a pre-surgery physical period. As far as I was able to get to know Arin, I was very happy with her services, but I don't have enough experience to say I would be behind her at the 10 level or whatever, but I had no problems with her for sure.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Arin was great. It was the first time I had seen her and she spent a great deal of time with me. She had obviously read my medical history closely before she saw me and explained things to me about my medications that no other doctor ever had. She is clearly very bright and pleasantly empathetic. Thanks for all of your help, Arin. It was a pleasure to meet you.

I felt all of the staff was kind and helpful. They all had a smile on their faces and were also bright and cheery! At the same time, they were professional and thorough with my care. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

Staff was very helpful and took special care to insure my safety using a wheelchair.

I had an excellent experience with the nurse and my new provider. They seen me in a timely manner, was very kind, listened to me very well and I told them that I will not let anyone do my asthma, except my allergist because he is the only one that is ever able to get it well controlled and mostly keep it well controlled and I told them that it's to be mean to anyone, it's just because everyone else has had a hard time even getting it well controlled and after with Beatrice saying we won't treat you and push me away and if they did, they were all very disrespectful and I said, I know you guys wouldn't do that, it's just after that I would rather just Dr Szalewski do it. Like I said, it's not to be mean to anyone else. They said no we understand. You have your providers you only want to handle on certain health concerns of yours and we totally understand that. Arin when she said I would like to see you in 3 months. I asked her that would be in August right? She said yes. I said okay but I see Dr Szalewski August 22 for a follow -up on my asthma so that won't work and she said that is totally fine because we are one's that is willing to work around your schedule because that is just as important as well.

I didn't rate Arin a 10 only because she is so young. If you start out as a 10, where do you go from there! Ha! I probably should have rated her a 10 though! Great PA and great person. I will see her without hesitation anytime and will recommend her to others. Glad I was able to meet her and she helped me out with my issue, even when we had to try plan B. Tell her I appreciated her efforts on my behalf.

When I called for an appointment, which I needed to refill a prescription, I was given one for the next day!!

I think they need a few more nurses. I did have to wait for the nurses to come back in and bandage my leg up. She was really, really busy, and it seemed like she was overstretched in her duties, what she had to do. So I think they need a little more nurse help. Other than that, the nurse was very friendly, very efficient in what she did. Thank you.

The front doors are REALLY heavy. It's the only negative thing I have to say about the visit.

My primary is Miranda Pollman . When she's not able to see me I see Arin Allsberry. There is not enough space to tell you how excellent these 2 ladies are. I get exceptional good care with both of them. Actually everyone in that office is very kind to me and my family that also see these 2 ladies.

Arin Elsberry is great. I'm happy I found her a few years ago. I'm not a doctor goer but she always makes me feel welcome and cared for. I will say the front people could work on being more welcoming. If I didn't like Arin so much I may be looking else where. They are not welcoming at all. I feel the front people have a big job. They are kind of the face of the business. There was no hello, no eye contact, no "small talk" to make you feel welcomed.

She was the best. In the last 3+ years, ai have dealt with so many doctors about my long covid and so many just dismiss everything because I appear fine. I have been so reluctant to go anywhere because I have been dismissed so many times that it makes it hard to share any of what's going on. I have had this issue for months and was so afraid to go to any doctor. She didn't look at me and talk down to me like others have because all of this stuff related to Covid just doesn't make any sense. She listened, asked questions, talked to me as if I were an intelligent human being. For this, I am so grateful. Covid left me we the inability to come up with words, explain things in a logical order, remember what I was trying to say mid sentence and just very emotional, especially when talking about the problems I have. Everyone always assumes it is all because of stress and anxiety because yes, it has left me full of both of those things because literally everything is hard now. Thinking, vision, all executive function skills, and even things that are supposed to be automatic are not automatic like my breathing, which I saw her for yesterday. Imagine trying to explain that you forget to breathe. I agree it sounds like anxiety. She is one of the first ones to really understand that although my job is indeed stressful, it does not cause me anxiety. Again, doesn't make sense, but she listened, she cared enough to listen and believe me that my job is what is keeping me going. So many are quick to tell me to just quit and go the disability route. Covid has taken away my ability to do so much, but my ability to teach my students is still there and only brings enjoyment. The planning, organizing, and paperwork are super difficult, but I can still teach and she believes me that my job is not the problem. It's not the stress or anxiety. It felt so good leaving there yesterday knowing and feeling that I was "heard" and "believed". Arin, was amazing yesterday and I know I didn't communicate that very well with her. She has no idea how her actions restored my faith in this entire journey. I loved that she was able to remember other times she had seen me over the years for Covid related stuff. I found myself at the start of the pandemic with a doctor who wouldn't even see me initially and this place, starting with Miranda Pollman, was the only place that would see me. I had to transfer care from my original doctor because they wouldn't even allow me to make an appointment. This place is the reason why I have a great team of doctors trying to help me. They even supported me when I was "fired" by a provider because I asked too many questions. They have never given up on me and for that, I will be forever grateful.

I thought the care was very thorough and I left there feeling that I had been taken care of.

Arin is so helpful and really cares about me! She listens to me and always had an answer! She is ver knowledgeable about meds and my help! She so kind and understanding too!
