This was an initial new patient visit, therefore I rated her knowledge of my health history with a "no". However she shouldn't have any knowledge my health history except what I put on my form. It was a great first visit and I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Remmers. I am very pleased to have her as my PCP.

The office staff were personable and introduced themselves and their role in the care team. This was a very positive experience.

My family just moved here from another state and we were nervous about not knowing anything about the local physicians. I had no way of getting personal recommendations because we don't know anyone here, so I chose Dr. Remmers from our insurance plan's list of contracted providers. We could not be more happy. The entire procedure for our first visits was streamlined and painless, provided by friendly staff. Our first visit with Dr. Remmers was very positive. She was very thorough, carefully reviewing our histories and asking questions, and actually listening to what we said and asked. At no time did we feel rushed, that she needed to finish with us to get to her next task; for the time we were with her we felt like nothing else was more important to her. I was struck with how much she reminded me of our previous provider; I wish I could introduce them to each other! I'm so glad that we "struck gold" on our first attempt at finding a primary provider.

The LPN who took me back and got me checked in with my vital signs, height, and weight was very friendly. Dr Remmers saw me in a timely manner. She had reviewed my history prior to the appointment. Very professional and absolutely knows what she is talking about

Yes, I guess the name that you gave me was Dr. Remmers, I think. And so my evaluation is based on that. She is not my normal provider, but she did a fine job. When the question says, did she know about my history? Well, how could she know much about my history? It was not her fault. I was there on a very quick appointment. I called in the morning and fortunately they fitted me in. So I was very appreciative of that. And so I'm not saying that she should not maybe have a nine and ten on everything. It's just that she didn't know me and I didn't know her. So it's not a reflection probably on her daily experience with patients. It's just that it was a fill in that day because my Dr. Mitchell was not in.

This was not my regular Doctor, so she did a good job for never having met me before

Very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff

So impressed with the warm greeting and demeanor of Dr Remmers nurse Stacie. She is kind and caring and her manner of attending to me was remarkable. My first visit as a patient in this practice was a very good experience from start to finish.

I was there for an appointment about my "feelings" so it was a little stressful but Dr. Remmers was very calm and so carefully looked at my medications. She seemed to ask the right questions to help narrow down what could be going on so she could figure out how to help me. She is a good listener and didn't act like she needed to rush to the next patient or to the next thing. Made me feel like I was important and my issues were important. I'm fairly new to this office and so far, I feel like I have chosen the right person to take care of me. Thank you Dr. Remmers.

I was seen within a few hours for a sick appointment. I was listened too. The nurse was so kind and quick. The doctor dug inti all aspects of my health and gave me a diagnosis connecting the dots I have been trying to figure out for years.

I was happy the office got me in for my illness today and appreciated a different provider. All the office staff is also great!

From the moment I entered to the people that checked me in at the front desk, they were wonderful, very accurate, very nice, very efficient. Donna, the nurse, was very good, very efficient, knew what she was doing, was very nice. And of course, Dr. Remmers was extremely nice, very capable, very knowledgeable. She was very good about asking me a lot of questions, evaluating my situation, and giving me what she thinks would be the next steps. And she was very direct and very nice. And...and I think she was, you know, very accurate in her determination of how we should go forward. So I have no complaints, but very high praise for everybody from the front desk to the nurse to Dr. Remmers.
