As a family physician, I take pride in caring for your whole family. I think of myself as a convenient “one-stop shop” so an entire family can be seen in one visit. 

I also enjoy providing education during our visits. For example, teaching what lab results mean and what interventions we can take to affect those results. 

Most importantly, I want my patients to feel heard. I work with my patients to decide what the best treatment plan is for that individual and their family.  

Areas of interest:

• Women’s health, especially contraception management (including IUDs, implants)
• Pediatric care, from newborn visits to sports physicals to sick visits
• Preventative medicine, including lifestyle counseling, obesity management and screening tests
• Chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
• Mental health conditions like anxiety and depression
