First-time pt, my experience overall was not the best; they made me wait a lot to see the provider. I respect a lot of people's time. I was on time for my appointment at 3:45, and I was there at 3:20. They called me back at 4:25, then an assistant took my BP and asked me some questions, and then he left and told me to wait for my provider, then another assistant came to the room at 4:55, she asked me more questions about my previous procedures, then finally the doctor show up, I was expecting a better service, he did not even saw my legs for my back part I was sat down with the short they provided, but the doctor did not check my legs to evaluate my veins, he just told me to wear compression socks for three months and scheduled ultrasound in two months, because insurance even I have an excellent cover, age, and memedical insurance plan I understand that some procedures took time, however, I was expecting better s,e, maybe I was used to my previous doctor in Colorado which was Amazing that my expectations were so high, my experience was not good at Bryan Vascular I will consider looking for a different provider

This is the friendliest doctor's office I have ever been to. From the front office staff to the nurse to the doctor, everybody there was so extremely friendly.

I was early to what I was told was the earliest appointment possible. I was the first person there. The guy who came after me was called first for the same Dr. I waited in the lobby over an hour from my appointment time. Had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the Dr. to come in the room. Dr. seemed like he was in a hurray and interrupted me. Felt like he had his mind made up without really taking a look at things or listening to me. Way too much money for the service I received.

Dr Pitsch was very nice, he should me the location where the problem is and explained the procedure thoroughly. The staff was also outstanding, very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

Dr. Pitsch was recommended and I feel he was everything I was told. I was advised by Medicare home wellness that I had PAD. Dr. Pitsch relieved my worries and hope that is all translated to Medicare that I do not. I will no longer be participating in the Medicare Home Wellness visit as I feel they mislead me. Thanks for the services and treatment provided. I would highly recommend to anyone who may ask what I thought.

Dr. Pitsch and staff are the greatest. Bryan Hospital has excellent staff and services.

It's not set up properly for handicapped people. You have a nice valet parking, but then you have to walk all the way up, which is hard for some of us because we have leg problems. That's why we're there, to get to the right building.

I have a lot of faith in Dr. Pitsch and his staff. They're very concerned and very thorough. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone was courteous and professional, and made you feel welcome.

Only downside for me was having a doppler scan in one building and physician's appointment in another building. Not a big deal, but I had to undress and redress twice. Last time both appointments were adjacent to each other. Much more convenient!

If the provider is Bryan- the employees and volunteers were excellent! The condition of the parking garage was bad - dirty and in need of minor repairs. Also, the inside of the buildings could use updating. Just hadn't been there for awhile and was shocked at the outdated condition of buildings.

Reminder of the appt did NOT say to check in at admissions first. I went directly to the vascular dept office on fourth floor where I waited for someone to check me in. Belatedly I had to go back to first floor and was then late. Clear directions in appt reminder would have been better.

The staff were all very friendly and efficient and my appointment was on time. After another doctor came in to exam me, Dr. Pitsch stopped in to visit with me for a bit. I was very satisfied with my Doppler test and appointment!
