At the Bryan Heart Improvement Program, we focus on heart failure and helping our patients to live healthy, active lives. Our patients are some of the best a nurse practitioner could ask for. As both a family and adult care nurse practitioner, I feel like I can really connect with my patients and look at the big picture. Patients often come to us with concerns that mimic heart failure; with my experience in primary care, I am trained to help them know for sure. I have more than 15 years of nursing experience. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with my bachelor’s degree in nursing degree in 1999 and finished my master of science degree in nursing in 2013. I have dual certification as both an adult and family nurse practitioner. I have recently moved back to Lincoln after living in northeast Nebraska for the past 10 years. Lincoln feels like home and I feel honored to be part of the Bryan Heart team.
