Hi, I love all of the staff at Brown Medical Center, but I want to comment that I've noticed the last at least year and maybe year and a half that I've been going to Friends that I have to wait to have my A1C data presented. And you know, this really has been delaying our discussion on what to do with my A1C. And it would be nice if there was an A1C machine at Friend Medical Center so the information was available at that time.

Suree said she was going to check out if my records from York had been transferred to Crete/Friend clinics. Also going back to check on scan I had in 2017 at Heart Institute to check on Calcium test.

Mitch is always so great and on time! He is always helpful in helping me with questions on my cpap and oxygen stuff. Always goes above what he needs to. And always kind. The CT scan people were very quick and gave good instructions and was also on time. My time should be as important as the time I'm given in your care centers and I should never have to wait an hour or longer to see someone because of booking so tight. I don't feel this is any of the doctors faults, I feel that it's the rules of the hospital operating porceedures fault. If I leave the care that you provide, it will be because of this issue. Because I have never had a bad doctor or staff issue in over 20 years. But your new policies are making me want to seek care in other places. I stay because of your doctors. My mother, daughter and kids have all left Bryan because of the same issues and the pricing of the care verses other centers. That's 6 people that no longer go to Bryan from just my family. Your teams are amazing but your guide lines and prices are failing.

I finally felt listened to for once in my life by a provider, and felt like I clicked with her. Everyone was super respectful, and helped me feel comfortable!

Suree and staff are the greatest! I only go when I feel like I'm near death, and it had been 4 years and she still knew details about me as person. She is a gem in the community. Trish was my nurse and she was funny and didn't make me feel like a burden. 10/10 group of people working here.

Hemoglobin A1C machine needs to be restored in the Friend Clinic!!! Many patients with diabetes need on-the-spot results!! Lack of this instant test makes Bryan look cheap!! Do it!!!

Suree Schilz is a wonderful physician & she saved my husband life by getting the right medication few years ago. I would never go anywhere else

Everybody at the Friend Clinic does an amazing job. Where my problem comes in is with billing. I have to get a different bill from Bryan House, four or five different bills. It should all be consolidated into one bill. It's ridiculous that I have to pay four or five different people or your company under my name with my social security number, but different numbers every single time I pay a bill. It's just ridiculous. And you way overcharge for lab. $900 for lab. A few years ago before you bought me out, bought that company out, I paid $75, $80 for lab. I can go to Lincoln and have my lab done for $70. So I think you need to work on your lab prices. Other than that...

Sandy the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

I explained when I made the appointment that I had to leave at 1100 for another appointment. No one told the doctor so I finally had to go into the hallway to find someone and tell them what was going on so I could get out and to my next appointment.

I love Suree Schilz as a provider and feel she is an asset to the Bryan Health System. I am disappointed in Bryan Health System's reluctance to purchase an A1c testing machine for friend medical clinic.

Whenever I come in, they know who I am. I don't have to tell them. They know why I'm there. They know my history. They recall things that happened two or three years ago and of course, the conversation. And it's really nice to have somebody that is that familiar with you when you only go once or twice a year.
