Every time I come in to this practice, I am treated with respect and listened to. I also appreciate the ease of MyChart. I had to see a PA this time as my regular physician didn't have any openings. It's always stressful seeing a new physician or PA, but I felt immediately at ease with her professionalism and friendliness.

I was in to interview Sandy. I'm shopping for a new PCP. I don't think Sandy is the right fit for me. I'm looking for someone excited to provide care and dig into problem solving. I think Sandy has a set routine of care that standard view of patient care that doesn't have room to look outside the box. She follows her script and that might work for some but I need an open minded and outside the box thinking.

I was a new patient coming in after getting out of the hospital and Sandra made me feel completely comfortable, listened to my past medical history and my concerns. She could have had a better experience because I don't typically go to the doctors and so I felt comfortable with her and I feel like my health is in good hands and I appreciate her. I don't really feel like I was listened to the second time when I called back. After already visiting once this week and then I also was in the ER the day previous, I felt like in my chart with my doctor, Dr. Hussain, they've always done a really good job of listening to me and the things that I know work best for me, often when I have an upper respiratory infection, ear infection, things like that. So to get the feedback that I did today is pretty disappointing.

Hi, yeah. No, I was very impressed with the whole facility and well, the caring people and their help and yeah. They were just great people. I was glad that my friends recommended them and I'm more than happy with not only Sandy but the rest of her staff and facility there. It was top notch experience and I look forward to dealing with Sandy in the future again. She's a really neat lady, very knowledgeable and I could tell that she actually cared and that's important. Sandy Lloyd was wonderful. She did a great job of listening to how my symptoms came about and letting me kind of explain how this was happening. So I really had a good experience and I just wanted to give Sandy a little bit of a shout out because I thought I had a great visit and that's not always the case. So yeah, it was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable. She was very open-minded. She was listening. I didn't feel like any kind of judgment or anything like that. She was great.

Both Nurse and Sandra Lloyd were so good with my daughter who ended up testing positive for Strep. She was quick and efficient yet gentle and friendly with the swabs, and was very good at explaining everything to both myself and my miserable, whimpering daughter, making the visit as pleasant as it could possibly be. I'm very happy with and appreciative of our care :)

This was my first visit (new patient) which is why she did not know my previous medical history. During my visit she asked the diagnoses for the meds I am on, and we requested my med records from my now retired doctor. That's why I reported NO on that question.

She did not listen to my concerns, not considerate about the fact that I know my body and that I was not well. Did not appreciate that she needed to bring a recorder in the office so that this could be transcribed and she has no bedside manner. Done.

Every staff member from the receptionist inside the front door to the technician who walked me from the examination room down the hall to X-Ray was exceptional! They treated me with the utmost care, kindness and concern, as if I was family. They all were professional and personable. I saw a doctor that's not my usual primary care physician because she had no openings. Dr. Sandra and her LPN that gathered my vitals and in-take information were excellent, exceptional in their questioning and ability to answer my questions and explain their answers so I could get a good understanding of what they were saying even as I questioned them more for clarification. They all took their time with me and weren't rushed in the least bit. I was able to grab the tech's arm for support as we walked down the long hall and assisted with preparing myself for the X-Ray procedure. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job especially the phlebotomist in the lab. She's working on getting her Masters Degree to become a PA. She said her mother was a Phlebotomist, and she grew up knowing all about the profession. She quit her job as a server to follow in her mother's footsteps, telling me she loves this new job. The Lab Technician was very cheerful and enthusiastic. She even retraced my steps when I realized I'd lost my glove, moving from place to place. She even checked the restroom in the waiting area and asked other staff had they seen anything, and it was 5:00 when many staff members were leaving. She only stopped looking when I told her it was okay, I'd just leave without it. I left the office satisfied that every possible avenue had been explored to diagnose my condition. I left with several papers in hand describing the issue that brought me in, the testing they had performed as a result of their examination and my concerns. I left with papers listing their findings, text results, prescriptions and recommendations. Today I received two calls from the office checking on how I was feeling and if the prescriptions had been filled. The pharmacy ended up having order for one of my prescriptions, and checking with my insurance for the other, and the practice was still concerned about how I was doing, what I was trying while I waited and if I intended to follow up with a visit to my pulmonologist, which I was able to schedule for tomorrow after I hung up talking with them. The Dr said that it was probably the next step in figuring out what was going on. I'm thrilled I was able to get so much done in on appointment. Overall I was thoroughly pleased with the entire process. I called Monday morning with my concerns. Southeast Lincoln Internal & Family Medicine offered me two different appointment times with a physician in their practice. I took the 2:45 time and was finished with the exam, breathing treatment and testing by 5 o'clock. They treated me like Royalty durning the whole procedure and I left feeling better than I had going in. It's awesome in this busy techn [Truncated]

Went to doctors appointment first had to see the PA they took all sorts of x rays and CT scan she sent me to ER at Bryan they took a CT scan and didn't find any damage except outside the nose,so l spent 1 until 8 at 3 different locations and I'm not 100 percent sure what is the situation

I was unsure about seeing a PA rather than my regular doctor, but Sandy Lloyd was great. She took her time, asked appropriate questions, and explained everything I needed to know. She sent a follow up message so that I know what to do if the problem persists.

This provider was amazing. Despite no fault of her own, they were kind of running behind due to, like, patients coming in late and other stuff out of their control. But she was still able to see me in a very timely manner. And not only that, but addressed all of my concerns instead of just rushing through them. She was very informative and listened to my concerns and listened to my previous attempts at Solutions Center. We determined the best course of action, and it's been working really well. I really appreciated her, the way she listened to me, the way she, you know, talked to me, like, gave me respect and treated me like a real person instead of just a number. And it was a great experience.

I have been a patient at Southeast Lincoln Family Medicine for 15 years but each experience over the past few years has gotten worse and worse. Having to be there 15 minutes early only to sit and wait for 15 more minutes after appointments are going to start, a revolving door of front desk staff who mess up appointment times so patients get no call no shows and and PAs who bumble over charts. I am going to find a new office that I can trust with my care since I can no longer trust this one.

When scheduling my first visit, it seemed the clerk was only concerned about a new patient visit and not with the issue I was having. During my first visit they were unprepared to treat my issue and I had to schedule a second visit. This seems unprofessional.

This was my first time seeing Sandra Lloyd as she was the only provider who had an opening and she was wonderful. She was very thorough and explained everything extremely well. I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely see her again.

Yes, I had several tests done and some x-rays, and I was in and out of the office in less than an hour and a half and seen promptly, and it was my first visit. And Sandra Lloyd spent a lot of time with me, and answered all my questions and it was a very good experience, and I appreciate it.
