Market Share Studies
Understanding your organization's market share is imperative to its success. Market share studies are a great tool to aid in strategic planning and resource management. However, this information can be hard to come by. If you are interested in a comprehensive report, contact Zach Witt at zach.witt@bryanhealth.org or 402-481-9963.
Physician Recruitment and Integration
Recruiting physicians for your future is challenging, especially in rural communities. We have the talent and experience to reach future candidates through our Rural Reinvestment Program. In addition to finding future talent, we can also provide guidance in recruiting an independent practice group to join your hospital. Let us help you align these conversations and the next steps to a successful transition between a clinic and hospital. To learn more, please contact Patrick Ganyo at pat.ganyo@bryanhealth.org or 402-481-8030.
Rural Health Clinic Redesign
Building or remodeling is an important part of an organization's master facility plan. Knowing what you need for today and the future can be a difficult task. Reimagine your space in new and exciting ways that can improve patient, employee and provider satisfaction. Your clinic of the future is just a resource away. To learn more, please contact Aaron Delahoyde at aaron.delahoyde@bryanhealth.org or 402-481-9051.
Process Improvement (Workflow & Culture)
It is natural to adopt previous workflows from leaders or personnel that have longevity with your organization. But doing the same thing the same way may not produce the results you want, especially in changing times. Our team can work with you to offer a fresh perspective on best practices to improve satisfaction for your team and teach/train them on ways to implement change. If your culture or workflow is getting in the way of greatness, please contact Pam Nienaber at pam.nienaber@bryanhealth.org or 402-481-9934.
Productivity Studies
Knowing if you have the right amount of staff for different departments throughout your organization is not intuitive. Having information that compares your facility to facilities similar to yours can make the decision process much smoother. If you are interested in benchmarking and tools to analyze productivity, please contact Zach Witte at zach.witt@bryanhealth.org or 402-481-9963.
Quality Analytics and Performance
It is vital to your organization's overall performance to have a high-performing quality program and knowledgeable quality leader in place. Community Health Needs Assessment
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 requires tax-exempt hospitals to create a hospital community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three years. The CHNA must include demographic assessment, survey on health issues, quantitative analysis of actual health care issues, appraisal of current efforts and formulation of a three-year plan that is public-facing on your hospital website. Our expertise in this area can help you streamline this important task. To learn more, please contact Aaron Delahoyde at aaron.delahoyde@bryanhealth.org or 402-481-9051.
