Neonatal

NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - AHA:

This course is for healthcare providers who may be required to participate in neonatal resuscitations.

Registration Fee: $75

NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Essentials) - AHA:

This course is intended for those assigned responsibility for the newborn at birth when there are no apparent perinatal/neonatal risk factors and who will not participate in resuscitation beyond PPV. It includes skills through face-mask ventilation and laryngeal mask insertion.

Registration Fee: $75

S.T.A.B.L.E. Provider Program for Non-NICU Staff

This course is designed to provide important information on post resuscitation or pre-transport stabilization for maternal/infant health care in all settings.

Registration Fee: $110

S.T.A.B.L.E. Provider Program for NICU Staff:

This course includes added details specific to NICU care and stabilization.

S.T.A.B.L.E. Renewal for NICU Staff

Registration fee: $95

S.T.A.B.L.E. Cardiac Module:

This course focuses on cardiac defects and associated assessment findings, interventions and stabilization guidelines.

Maternal

AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring

This course addresses principles of fetal heart monitoring. Designed for those who have completed basic fetal monitor training and use fetal heart monitoring in the intrapartum setting.

Registration fee: $160 - In addition, a book ($135) is required for pre-work and one day class. Book number 978-1-7924-8963-1 at https://awhonn.kendallhunt.com/ Book MUST be purchased in advance and brought to class.

AWHONN Obstetric Patient Safety (OPS)

This course is designed to help providers and nurses identify, assess and manage the care for patients with an obstetric emergency, through simulation and debriefing. Clinicians working in the following departments - perinatal, emergency, medical-surgical, ICU and critical access, will find this course essential to caring for patients experiencing an obstetric emergency.

Registration fee: $15

Additional fee: $120 - Online pre-work is required prior to the one-day class and can be purchased through the AWHONN Store.

This course meets Joint Commission requirements for PC 06.01.01 and is eligible for Part IV ABOG certification.

OB Basics: Electronic Fetal Monitoring

This course addresses basic electronic fetal monitoring NICHD terminology, interpretation and management for the beginner or novice obstetric nurse.
