Bryan Health offers an online breastfeeding class for expectant families; a perfect alternative to an in-person class. This is a unique online learning experience that provides comprehensive information you can trust about breastfeeding.

Topics include:

• Physiology of breastfeeding

• How to get the best start

• Nursing positions and latch

• Feeding patterns and hunger cues

• Care of yourself

• Storage of milk

Receive online access to engaging videos, 3D animations, games and activities over a period of 6 weeks. Perfect for PC or Mac users (high-speed internet is recommended).

Log in and password information for the e-class will be sent in your confirmation email.
