Free Balance Screening

Learn about your balance and perform a computerized test with a physical therapist. Your results will illustrate how you use different systems for your balance. With this insight, the therapist will provide recommendations to improve or maintain your balance.

Physical therapist, Polly Kubik, will be available for free screenings on the third Wednesdays of every month, from 11 a.m.-noon
