Complete the Essentials of Childbirth series from the comfort of your own home! We want to support you by creating a positive experience and learn how you can take an active role in the birth and care of your baby! Begin your journey through birth and beyond with us in this online version of our family-centered childbirth series. 

Topics include:

• Learn about your changing body

• Recognize signs of labor

• Discover helpful comfort techniques

• Get an overview of medical procedures

• Understand cesarean birth

• Prepare for your baby’s arrival

• Know what to expect after giving birth

Receive online access to engaging videos, personal birth stories, 3D animations, games and activities for 6 weeks after program initiation. Perfect for PC or Mac users (high-speed internet is recommended).

Log in and password information for the e-class will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

Cost is $55 per couple.
