Description

Advanced Breathing & Relaxation for Childbirth is intended for expectant parents who plan to go through childbirth without an epidural or other pain medication. This class expands on skills discussed in Essentials of Childbirth course although it is not a pre-requisite. It is recommended to take this class before you begin your 3rd trimester as the techniques learned in class are more effective if practiced frequently before labor begins. 

Cost: $20 per couple. 

Classes are offered monthly from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. You will pick your class date during the registration process.

Class fee includes birthing person and birth coach.
