Step-by-Step Guide of what to expect after giving birth, how to establish and build your milk supply and how to's for pumping and storing breast milk. The class meets from 6:30-8 p.m.

Cost: $15 per couple

Class fee includes expectant mother and birth coach.

Please meet at the Grand Island Regional Medical Center main hospital entrance on the west side of the hospital.
