Our childbirth class consists of five sessions taught by certified childbirth educators, infant car seat technicians and lactation consultants.

Sessions include:

Stages of labor
Breastfeeding
Breathing and relaxation techniques
Postpartum and newborn care
And much more

Registration fee includes all five classes and course book.
