Leadership
Meet the Co-Chairs
The Co-Chair Committee works to ensure that the Bryan Young Professional group fulfills its mission to Spark Change, Give Back and Have Fun by guiding the group through annual strategies and visions. The committee is referred to as the co-chairs as there is not one singular leader, the group leads in unison. Co-Chair Committee meets the first Tuesday of every month, from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

"My favorite aspect of BYP is the opportunity to connect with so many dedicated young professionals with the mind set to not only grow personally, but to also want to help others to grow professionally. I would strongly encourage all qualifying employees, especially new employees, to get involved in BYP. The group offers a variety of ways to connect with peers throughout the organization and community of Lincoln. I can easily share participating in the group has been the best decision as I have gained value skills on career development and many professional connections and personal friendships"
