Been a patient of Dr hamann for a long time and even though I'm only there once a year she remembers everything about me and my family and is very caring... I live far away on the opposite side of town but feel very comfortable and happy going to that office..

Dr. Hamann was outstanding. I felt like I was being heard and my concerns were valid. She treated me kindly and was never patronizing, which is something I've felt from doctors in the past. I loved that she sat and spoke with me face to face without typing on a keyboard or looking at a screen. It was perhaps the most positive appointment I've ever had establishing care with a new provider, and I'm glad that I can continue to see Dr. Hamann for primary care.

Always a good visit and completely satisfied with the tests and results

The care team other than the Dr. was all new to me and they all thanked me and said it was nice to meet you. That was a first for me from many years of seeing primary care physicians and I appreciated that. Everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. By afternoon usually everyone has had their patience tried and it was not that way with the team. The front desk said goodbye and have a nice rest of your day which is an added bonus.

Even though I am no longer a Bryan employee and my insurance does not have Dr Hamann in network, I would never switch out of her care for a new provider. Being able to come to your annual appointment and literally having your PCP say to you, "oh gosh it's so nice to see you again!" is just so personable and really fosters that patient relationship. I never felt rushed with my health concerns that I had or by her explanations. She is truly extraordinary.

The nurses are bad in not calling patients back when there is a question from patient or informing them of certain lab results. this is one area that could improve. I love my provider!!!

Nothing at the moment, it's only my first visit so i can't say a lot.. But so far, i like Dr. Hamann

I like being able to see my test results through My Chart on line rather than waiting for a call.

This is a new provider for my daughter and she will be for me as well period. I made sure when I made the appointment to explain that I needed an annual physical for my daughter when we showed up and they agreed. But then when we checked in that day they said, oh no, this is just a meet the doctor for the first time and charge just $30 to see her. So I wasn't very happy about that because I made it clear from the start what I wanted to do and my physical should have been $0. So now we have to go back another time and do the physical and my daughter is not extremely happy to be at the doctor's office anyway. So this just makes a second visit and more hardship. So I was kind of disappointed in that.

she's very good at what she does, and she's also my doctor, and I would recommend her very well. She listens, and she listens very well to you. Thank you. Bye.

This was my first time at this clinic. The front desk was super friendly. My nurse Cassie and Dr. Hamann took special time with me and was very compassionate and thorough. They answered all my questions. Their care was above and beyond any clinic I have ever been to.

From checking in to checking out and was a very pleasant experience.

Blood pressure checks, as in most cases or places. Not like the sign in back of patients rooms. Arm rest, too short, that don't give you enough time to relax. Walk in sit down, get cuffs on arm. Take test. Might be better in existing? After you're calmed down from drive over from work..... let heart rate calm down.

This was my establishing primary care visit, and I wasn't asked to fill out any paperwork when I arrived. I haven't been a patient in Bryan before so they do not have my medical history... I felt like no one understood what my appointment was for and the doctor only focused on the one thing I mentioned, didn't talk about my current health overall or do a physical. The receptionist must have not marked my appointment as an establishing primary care even though I requested that.

The entire staff at Southeast Lincoln Family and Internal Medicine are absolutely wonderful. They are patient, kind, and caring. Dr. Hamann is an amazing physician, I wouldn't go to anyone else. She listens attentively every single time I visit, and she is always very thorough on covering every avenue to help me. She is such a kind and caring person and I appreciate her immensely.

Lab was awesome. First stick and she got it. The nurse did Mark my weight wrong in my chart. I am working on getting it fixed/addended.

I am, and have always been very satisfied with Dr. Hamann as my provider.

I am visually impaired. Surveys and portal are sometimes impossible for me to complete. The offices are clean.. I don't know if it a turn over in assistants/nurses etc, but it seems having a differnet person take your vitals, another to make appts, another to forward instructions to pharmarcies/drs may be timely for the physicians but impersonal to the patients. And, I used to be an RN

I'm a new patient, and it was my first visit. The provider and her nurse listened carefully to my concerns and urgent purpose for visit and took every measure accordingly. They were very kind and helpful. I'm happy to have a new family doctor and look forward to working with her in the future.

Dr. Hamann is a compassionate and highly skilled physician. She listens to her patient's concerns and helps them through difficult challenges! She is the absolute best primary care provider who has cared for my husband and myself. I highly recommend her without any reservations!

No thank you. Dr hamann is not who I wanted to see or want to see again. On the after care paper she did NOT write the correct reason/s I was there, she did not help. At all. It was not a good visit. No thank you.

I think Dr. Hayman does really well about listening to her patients and really taking the time to do the best for them. I really enjoyed that her staff are nurses and not just CMAs. It's nice to have a mix, but I really enjoy having that interaction with the nurses, being there and that they call you and not just try to message you like Dr. Wong's group. They don't seem to really call you back or call you on the phone. They try to do everything through MyChart and there's a really not good lack of communication that they really try to do, try not to do with the patients. It makes it really hard to have that great continuous care. I really think Dr. Hayman's group does a really great job with that.

First time seeing this provider since my regular physician was not available to see me on such a short notice. I would definitely see this provider again if my regular physician was not available. I have always had a positive experience at this location. All staff are very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful.

This doctor is the most nice, friendly, I just can't say enough about her. She is just really, really wonderful. She is not my regular doctor. I had to go to get okay for my diabetic shoes. She's a wonderful person. Thank you.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hamann after switching to this office - not knowing my medical history was expected and understandable. I was impressed with the friendliness of the office, which is a nice change from my last doctor's office. Was pleased with the time she took with me and the plan we made moving forward. I am happy that this office accepted me as a patient.

I don't think that all staff members should go to lunch at the same time. I believe that that is why they took too long to see us. It was, we were, I'm like, the first nurse that saw us, she was nice. She took us in, but I don't think she was a nurse, but I think she was like the one that was just putting the information in the computer. Then when finally we saw somebody, it took more than an hour to see somebody. We were waiting in that room for a very long time. And I kind of noticed that pretty much most of the staff members were at lunch together. They shouldn't be doing that. Not all staff needs to go to lunch at the same time. They should try to separate the lunch so then patients can be seen.

i have been with this provider a long time and has always been positive

Dr. Julie is the best doctor I have had the privilege of seeing. She listens intently and answers all of my questions. She cares about my health and does everything to ensure that I am as healthy as can be. Very grateful for a doctor like her!

I'm really sorry I misunderstood the first couple of questions and so I pushed to which was yes somewhat. I meant to say yes like absolutely so Dr. Hayman should have gotten all fours for me. My care was excellent I look forward to seeing her again and I feel like my health is in really great hands with Brian.

She did very well as far as where I stand. Initially, I had a cough, cold before, and she said, you should check up on that, and if it's getting worse, I would have to come back in. And yes, she listened to me as far as where I was at with Olympic and may have to raise it up. I was really interested in what she had to say because she really knows where I stand as a person and I'm really very comfortable with her, and I give her a top ten. Thank you.
