Recommended by friends. Our purpose to just meet. Had to fill out necessary papers. I had pain in outer left foot for days. Dr did address, blood draw , I suspected gout. 6.1 result. Heard nothing to take care of the pain. Made a call,put on hold for at least 25 minutes, Personally been w/ Holmes Lake Family for 35 yrs. Appreciate staff, difficulty connecting w/ Dr.

Dr. Free listened and thoughtfully abbreviated my exam because I was paying out of pocket. But he prescribed the medication I needed and listened to my concerns. He also has a sense of humor.

This is a good medical practice.

Dr Free is very kind, didn't try to rush me out. He even gave some personal details about himself such as planting trees on his acreage. Shows he's a very caring doctor.

This was my first visit to establish a new primary care provider in Lincoln, and Dr. Free was great.

All the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in the front door. Everyone was using the Bryan Core Values and made my first visit very pleasant.

The experience from start to finish was amazing! I visited Bryan Urgent Care for pain. In my follow up x ray I mentioned to the Clinical Nurse Leader I was considering a new PCP. In addition to possible specialists I may need to see, she gave me a pamphlet with Bryan PCPs( smart referral as I am/was a CHI patient). The first office I called wasn't taking new patients but they knew which offices were and referred me here. The registration process was easy, staff friendly. the nurse (can't remember her name but she has twin grand children) and Toby (he introduced himself by first name) both took the time to make personal connections with me which is very important to me. I will be moving my care and my families care to Bryan Health. I only gave a yes, mostly on knowing medical history because I'm a new patient and my records that were sent by CHI had not yet made it to my chart. Overall fantastic - consumer and patient experience. Only recommendation- get a bigger sign as you are surrounded by other medical practices.

Looking for a primary care doctor I was glad my sister got me to Dr Free

Dr. Free wouldn't know everything about my medical history as it was the first time seeing him. I had moved to Lincoln from Bassett, NE and hadn't had my medical records transferred yet. This is why I answered he didn't know all my history. Liked him. :-)

I am extremely grateful that Dr. Free is taking on new patients. I was plesantly surprised how soon Bryan LGH Primary got me in for an appointment. I was very impressed with Dr. Free and trust him for my medical care.

Okay, I saw him on a Wednesday. We decided to get an MRI, but they did not order the MRI until Friday and that caused me to have to miss my first appointment for the MRI and reschedule. Thank you.

Very easy to visit with and a good listener. Helpful discussion. No laptop tapping distraction either which is rare... He used a pen and paper to take notes now and then!! As I was leaving, he told me to let him know via MyChart in 2 weeks how things were going... A direct communication with a doctor!! More like things used to be with doctors. I was very pleased and impressed and relieved to have finally found a reliable PCP!

The reason they did not know my history was because it was my first visit.

This was the best Dr's visit I had. Very professional and courtesy. The only the recommendation I would suggest is better receptionist. The gentleman needed a belt and when I was there the gentleman seemed very self centered.
