Sorry to have to wait so long for orthotics!

The provider was very personable, and Erin was able to carefully listen to my questions and answer them in layman's language so that I could understand everything perfectly.

The doctor was pretty much rude and didn't want to, I told him what I wanted and he, this is the way we do it. Sorry.

This appointment was the first time I had been to this office. Everyone was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and communicative.

Takes time to answer questions and explain my diagnosis. It's always friendly and congenial. I have confidence that I'm being treated by the best medical provider.

Dr. Wienke is the first podiatrist that I have ever been able to trust fully. I have had awful previous experiences with podiatrists in the past. It seemed as though every previous podiatrist wanted to amputate a toe. I only agreed to see Dr. Wienke because I had an infection on one of my toes and my primary care doc told me I have to see him. I'm so glad I did. He is a knowledgeable, caring doctor. He listens to me, takes me seriously. He has also worked with me so that treatments fit into my life and important activities I was doing. In addition, the staff, from the front desk people to the nurses and other medical people are outstanding. They are friendly and willing to work with me and my schedule.

The doctor did a great job by listening to my son and the nurses too. I give them a 10. Thank you.

Yes, Mr. Wienke was very thorough and provided me with a lot of history behind my foot and just it was a great, excuse me, great experience.

Absolutely awesome! From Darla the scheduler with her sweet non judgmental patient voice to Colleen CMA getting me a drink of water to Dr Wienke! He did such a good job to diffuse my anxiety about sticking a needle "up" my toenail. Really he's slick! That's a GO-To office. ??

Able to schedule appointment one day ahead of encounter. Prompt visit on that day. Thorough foot exam. Reasonable suggestions for follow through. Reasonable schedule of future visits. Through assessment of issues.

The provider let me know in no uncertain terms that I was seeing the wrong person for my condition and when I said that I left the choice of providers up to the receptionist when I booked the appointment, after I told the receptionist what my issue was, they chose. So the provider was not a happy camper that I wasn't in his, in my, in the condition that I was in, that he really wasn't up his alley. So not happy. Goodbye.

I noticed on the Bryan patient portal that Dr W said to discontinu the Biotin. He had not said this during my appointment. I'd like to know why. I have taken it to help with weak finger nails.

I was on my visit, I had a very pleasant informational interaction with the nurses or their staff. Everything was pleasant, very accommodating, very caring. My experience was great. I would return for another visit. Very helpful and just a great experience and I thank you all for it.

The APRN was professional and pleasant and went out of her way to answer questions. She also checked for neuropathy once she knew I had newly diagnosed diabetes even though I was there to check on a toenail. (I did not see the doctor even though my appointment was to be with him and he was in the office. I was very satisfied with the APRN but I should have been told I would not be seeing the doctor.)
