Solid, professional care

Dr. Bohart is a gem. They're losing, I think, one of their top doctors when he retires. I would go to him if he was still on Lincoln.

I was confused that the ex-ray machine could not do the job based on weight . If this was the case . They should have known it from the beginning of the appointment and just wrote it for ami. It did not need to be statedand cause more delay. Doctor was very apologetic. I just don't understand the delay.

Everybody was real polite. They answered my questions. I couldn't have been treated any better. And it was really great. Everybody was good.

Yes, I think Dr. Bohart is one of the best doctors I've ever had and he's always taken good care of me and listens to what I have to say and tells me what to do and I think he's the best in town.

I used the patient self check in because of the line and worked well! I would move it from right by the door as it added to congestion at the entrance given the line to check it. You might just move it a little bit to the West.

For the very first time, after checking in at the front desk I did not get called. My wait was approximately 25 minutes. Unusual, but no harm done.

Dr. Bohart is a very carrying and friendly Doctor. He has many patient and therefor can sometimes be just a few minutes behind. It is worth it and I am sorry that he leaves us. All the other medical people, the ones I got to meet are very friendly as well.

I didn't listen to the numbers that I should do on the first few questions. I just say press one or press two or press three and I pressed oned and pressed three and then I later found out I could have pressed four on some of those. So those first four questions or so I would just do over again if I can.

Dr. Bohart and Kim both know my history, and are very supportive in helping me understand my needs. Dr. bohart referred me to Mayo's hospital, and is helping me work with them and their care. It has been a productive referral, and Dr. Bohart is committed to helping me work with them.

I would like to comment on the questions prior to seeing Dr. Bohart. The fact that in 2024 we are still being asked about out-of-state travel is laughable and ridiculous. I think that you need to reassess the screening questions or if you have any screening questions regarding COVID and consider stopping them because it really irritated me. Thank you.

Woman checking me in was incredibly off-putting. I was literally 2 minutes late (not 12 or 20, but 2!) to arrive. She said that I may not be seen by the doctor because I was late, told me to sit down and she would ask if they are willing to still see me. After about 3 minutes she informed me that I would be seen. I understand that the front desk folks have to keep the trains running on time, but this was ridiculous to treat customers/patients in this manner for the 'check-in time.' If they need patients there even earlier, then set the check-in time even earlier than the appointment time.

Everything went well and my provider is trying to help and figure out the best way to get some relief.

I have to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment. However, I then wait for on average 30 minutes before I'm called back to Dr's office. Why is it necessary to arrive early?

I appreciate the warmth and understanding I receive.

Dr Bohart takes the time to talk things out. He makes sure I know the necessity of self care and getting screened and scheduling needed procedures for my safety and well-being.

The front desk staff member was abrupt with me after I stood in line and waited to check in. She said since I was 4 min. late, she would have to see if the doctor would see me. I had to sit and wait, and then when admitted, I told her I had been at home trying to fill in the huge check-in form on-line that I had received the afternoon before. Since I don't check email when gone from my house, I didn't see it until evening. I had an appt. in the morning and didn't get time until 30 min. before my appt to try to fill it out. The roads were slippery and I drove carefully. Since I was really only about 2-3 min. late counting time to stand in-line, I didn't appreciate this reception. No one told me to come early. Normally my check-in is smooth. I think because the receptionists, other than the Urgent Care nurse can't see you as you wait in line, it makes it tricky. Dr. Bohart was great as usual and very kind. The nurses were also attentive. Next time I will avoid taking time to fill out the form, but thought it would only take 2 min. rather than 20 to fill out.

Bryan needs to rethink the building layout for check in and the waiting area. People going into the patient care rooms for well care have to pass through urgent care and I ended up sick after my visit for well care issues. Entry doors should be auto sliding that don't need touched, urgent care should have a separate entry and waiting area for sick people. If coming for sick care, people should be required to wear masks or have a completely separate entry where well people do not need to pass through to go back to the patient care rooms. People with covid should call in. There was a person on the phone in the waiting room on his phone talking about needing something about covid in his record, thankfully, he was wearing a mask. There was a person checking in saying she couldn't feel her lips, finger tips, toes, and lost her sense of taste and she was in the area checking in for regular appoints without a mask, not urgent care. Others without masks coughing. Also the water filter for the drinking water was blinking that it needed a filter change. I had forgotten to drink water for a blood test but who wants to drink water from a water dispenser that needs its filter changed. I was trying to stay well as I hope to see some relatives with fragile medical systems over the holiday, I am to travel and be on vacation and now I am struggling being sick. Please review the building layout and patient care needs.
