I feel very safe with my diabetic doctor Dr. Ward. Not only with him but everyone I have met. I appreciate that it's a no judgement zone and I can truly be honest about my health and my struggles and success without fear of being judged, ridiculed and humiliated. I always leave with more hope and motivation than when I arrived. Thank you.

Dr Ward and the staff are amazing. They are incredibly supportive of my diabetes management and always willing to listen and talk through any difficulties I may be having. I have never had a better endocrinologist in my nearly 30 years of having diabetes. When I run into a fellow diabetic and should the topic of medical provider come up I always and whole heartedly recommend Complete Endocrinology to them as I feel it it is the absolute best around.

Best doctor and best office visit!!

My experience was great however the woman who checked me in made sure not to look at me once and point out that I was 2 minutes late.

Everyone for the entrance to the exit was fabulous. And doctors like Aaron Ward do not, there's no other doctor that can compare. He is the best.

I have seen the same doctor for at least 11 years for my foot care and when I tried to schedule my next visit with that provider, the front desk receptionist was rude about my request. The receptionist said that doctor doesn't see people for foot care and I was wrong about my appointments. After being told I don't see them for foot care they forced me to book with a nurse. The nurse helped me get scheduled back with my normal provider however the same receptionist made sure to comment if we have to move you since that doctor doesn't do foot care be prepared for that. Which was completely unnecessary.

Dr Ward and his staff are some of the best caretakers that I have been with. I trust them with my life and they go above and beyond my expectations every time! Thank you!

Dr. Ward is always prompt and on time. He always listens and suggests new ways to conquer any problem that I may have. His staff is always polite and talks to you like they're you're best friend. Dr. Ward is one of the best doctors I've been to

Of all the doctors that I've seen in probably the last 10 years, Dr. Ward is the one doctor that I actually truly feel like he really, really does care about me and he's not just in it for the money. I would 100% recommend him. Not only is he a good doctor, but he's a very good person. That's it.

Dr. Ward will listen to anything I want to talk about. He is very personable. He will also listen to any new ideas about my care. He is so positive. He has good nurses employed. They are aLao easy to talk to. Love where he is located.

I felt leaving like I had made a true partnership, knowing that support is always available and armed with actionable steps in a positive direction for the weeks and months ahead. I've seen a lot of clinical people, (nurses, doctors, PAs) over the last couple of years and I really appreciate how Dr. Ward and his staff treated me with sympathy, but also showed a lot of respect. I felt I was treated with dignity. I wasn't spoken down to, and felt listened to. Dr. Ward has a great way of explaining my current medical situation and at the same time reassuring me that he will be involved as much as possible. It made my nerves calm down quite a bit. The whole staff was kind and respectful. I noticed the care and attention towards me and others that were coming in for their appointments. Top notch group of providers and staff. Dr Ward and the entire staff make me feel safe and cared for. They take the time needed to answer questions, give feedback and make sure I understand everything I need to know about my condition.

Very Impressed! This office is expertly run. The appointments are on time. The people are great with which to work. Complete reviews of treatments and questions on any side-effects. They ask questions and want to know what you need to feel better. Dr. Ward and the staff are very kind people. These people remember your name and treatments - not just from a chart. Prescription refills are never delayed. This is how a physicians office SHOULD be run.

My experience was perfect right from the front desk thru my appointment. I felt valued as a patient and reassured that my care was a top priority.

Dr. Ward is the best doctor I have ever gone to!! he listens and answers all my questions. He doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions and he actually cares for his patients. 1. Sandra at the front desk is so supportive every time I have an appointment. She sets the tone for a visit where I know I will be cared for. 2. I'm always so impressed by the fact that which ever provider I see they know what's been happening with my health. It's very affirming and creates so much confidence in the care they provide - I know it encompasses all my health.
