Allison White, APRN-NP

I had to switch from a different clinic and was very nervous to go somewhere new. When I walked in, those nerves quickly settled as the front desk ladies made me feel welcomed. Allison was who saw me and she made me feel comfortable when I felt like I was asking silly questions. I had as good of an experience as you can when you are due for a Pap smear!

Allison White is very caring and listens to you instead of rushing through the appointment. Great care all around from the time you check in until you leave!

I missed my first appointment because I did not know where the clinic was located. When the person that made my appointment told me, she just said this was the address. I think it would have been nice if you would have said it was right behind East Bryan Hospital. I had no idea and my map was not telling me how to get there correctly. It's such a new building that it just would not come up on Google.

Wanted labs done for hormone levels didn't get them done

It was my first Pap smear and the nurse practitioner who was with me talked me through it and made it a good first experience. She also listened to everything I had to say, and what was going on.

I have been seeing Allison for years. She is so kind, caring and professional. I always feel heard and appreciate her professional feedback with any concerns I have. She's the best!

They got me in very quick for a urgent visit and since im 1.5 hours away from Lincoln they were able to fit me in for everything I needed done for my emergency procedure.

There where no open appointments however they got me in on a Friday & I was a new client.

I've been a patient at Bryan Women's Care Physicians for several years, and I can't recommend them enough. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. All staff take the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything thoroughly. Plus, the office is clean and well-organized. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The student nurse practitioner was kind of rough with the speculum and at times it pinched and was painful. Otherwise this was a pretty standard appointment.

I meant to push 10, but I would recommend the Bryan Health Care System. You'll see I pushed zero. That was erroneous. But what I would want to give feedback on is I would love, instead of like a lactation consultant, if Bryan would consider having a physician that is related to simply infant feeding, including the offloading of breastfeeding or combo feeding. Maybe that could be in collaboration with a pediatrician. I don't know, but when I asked for a supportive breastfeeding consultant, the doctors and nurses, people that were supportive of

Overall friendly and clean environment. Staff actually cares. One point was docked because I've had my scheduled appointment canceled the day before every year and had to reschedule.

I am just thankful that they were able to see me. The doctor was called away for an emergency. The number they called from had no name so I didn't answer however I was also already in town(Lincoln) as I do not live there. So like I said I was greatful to be seen by a pa!!

The student that was studying under the doctor that I saw was wonderful. She listened to me carefully. She heard my concerns. She was very patient with me when both during the procedure prior to me getting my birth control and I was pretty upset. So I was extremely impressed with her. The doctor that I saw, I felt like came in with a bias because she got information from the student and had already jumped to a conclusion and came in with paperwork for free and reduced clinics even though I was sent there to see a specialist. I felt very dismissed by her. I don't think that she thoroughly went over the options of care. I think she went over the options that she thought that I could afford, which is understandable because I did say that I needed to be proof.

I'm so comfortable at this facility. Allison listens and I feel she has my best in mind, and very kind. She explained everything in detail so I could fully understand and I appreciate this. April taking my stats, etc is very friendly.

Very welcoming office. Staff were attentive and kind. The provider and the PA student were exceptional in discussing my history/questions. Location is fairly central in Lincoln so it benefits those in the city. Office decor was welcoming and calming (my first appointment here). Wait time was very minimal. I would recommend this office of physicians and PA's to family and friends most definitely. Thank you for the comforting visit!

A nursing student came in by herself to evaluate and speak to me. She left after mentioning an over the counter medication and apparently went to find out the name. After 23 minutes, she still had not returned so I left. The nurse practitioner that I was SUPPOSED to see saw me leave and tried to say she was going to see me, but there was no point. VERY unprofessional

My appointment was fast and efficient and the ladies were great! Thanks for such great care as always :)

I was asked if student could be in room but then student was part of procedure performed. I was not comfortable with that. When starting to come into room, someone called to provider about a vacation schedule so she backed back out of room. After procedure, I had mentioned no feeling well and asked if could stay in room a little longer. I was told if felt like going to pass out, just lay down instead of a nurse or someone coming in to make sure I was okay.

I had a UTI on a friday, and I didnt call until right before lunch, sorry for that. I felt the office worked especially hard to squeeze me in! I was incredibly grateful. Thank you so many times over!!!!!!!

Jill and other front receptionist are always the most friendly, biggest smiles and know who you are before you even say your name. The entire staff, doctors, nurses, Pa's, here at this clinic are all wonderful!
