First time visit, I chose this location over my PGP, so not have to drive to Lincoln. I feel that I was listened to, but when Amy gave me the sheets to take with me, I did not see where she mentioned getting two OTC medications. Today I am not much better, so I hope this will improve in time.

I had an early am appt so I could get to my work. I arrived 25 minutes prior to as this was my first visit. I was not taken back to the room in a timely manner and the same questions were asked that I had already completed on my profile prior to the visit. The provider was late arriving which I understand the circumstances but I feel I should have been offered the opportunity to reschedule. Then I called a few days later and asked for some referral information be left on my voice mail. The voice mail asked me to call them back which I did and I finally hung up after I was transferred and the phone had rang over 10 times. My time is valuable also! And I feel because I did not fall within the 'written guidelines' of the medication, my needs were not really taken seriously.

Dr. Whittle listened to my concerns and helped to solve my issues in a timely manner. All of the staff were kind.

The folks that helped me couldn't have been more Professional. Ashland is very lucky to have such a first rate Facility.

The provider did an excellent job meeting our needs and even stayed 15 minutes, I think 10 or 15 minutes later since we arrived late to be able to see our daughter.

This is my second time to be there and I really, everyone was so nice and they listened to you and they understood what you were trying to say. So yes, she gets, and the whole crew gets a 10.

Dr. Whittle was amazing. She listened to me and answered any questions that I posed to her. She was very thorough with her explanations. Her nurse was very friendly as well as the front desk person. Awesome place, with awesome people, and an extremely awesome doctor.

Everyone was personable, kind and friendly. Questions were asked thoughtfully. I felt heard and cared for.

This is such a wonderful addition to Ashland. The clinic itself it well designed and appointed. The staff is very friendly and my physician was kind, professional and informative. I am so grateful to have help so close by my home. My general care physician is in Lincoln over 25 miles away. I will definitely recommend this clinic and tell everyone about my positive experience

I liked how the staff was courteous and very helpful and nice and knowledgeable. And Dr Whittle helped me navigate some metabolic and lipid issues I have. And I appreciate the time she spent with me and answering all the questions I had.

I had high hopes because I like Bryan Health, but the provider didn't seem to want to do my visit. She didn't introduce herself and didn't ask me any questions that could help lead me to next steps if things couldn't be solved there. I learned more from the nurse than her. I was disappointed and it made me feel like the visit was mostly a waste. Otherwise nice facility and great same day availability for Ashland.

I have found my new permanent Doctor. Staff was wonderful - every single one of them! I am in a wheelchair & only complaint - no ramp into their building - have to go down aways to find a ramp! Please put a ramp up to the doctors office!

You all did very well. I just need when you guys walk into a room, introduce yourself and who you are. Otherwise, you're all perfect. Have a good day.

Nice, new facility. The staff is great, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. It is so convenient you can see a doctor the same day, and get labs, x-rays, and even PT next door. I definitely will be back if I need more care.

I have been looking for a new primary care doctor for a few months. Dr. Whittle was absolutely amazing. She is relatable, friendly and I felt that she listens and gives realistic guidance that aligns with personal health goals.

It would be wonderful to have a sign on the highway. Difficult to find. And need a handicap ramp space near the front door. The step is cumbersome. There are no wheelchairs. They're definitely needs to be hand grips by the scale for weighing people. It's dangerous to step up there when you're unsteady on your feet. Otherwise, a very nice new clean fresh looking clinic. It was a treat.

So happy to follow Dr Whittle to Ashland!
