I haven't yet heard from the pharmacy people like I was told that I would be & when discussing all of my issues with the doc he inputted everything into the computer and we somewhat briefly discussed each ossue, a path or solution was not discussed.

Was a great help to me to be able to see a doctor so quickly.

I just want to say that this person, Brent, was extremely friendly even though it was not my correct time to be seen. I had made a mistake on my time to be seen. I was very much impressed. The second question you asked, I'm not sure if I pressed the right key. I have very poor vision and I have trouble with this. So I may not have given you my correct answer. It certainly should have been. I was very pleased. I don't remember what the question was. So yes, I really enjoyed that visit and I hope to go and be seen again.

Yes, I think the doctor did a very good job in my vital signs, my blood pressure and everything. I needed to know if I had any questions. He answered them the best he could. So I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

My provider was very attentive, seemed to understand what was going on. Probably the only disappointment I had was that I never really got an answer as to what exactly I'm dealing with, whether I'm dealing with a cold, pneumonia, bronchitis. We know I didn't have COVID because we tested for that, but that was the only definite thing that I knew I didn't have. I've got some antibiotic, which seems to be helping, and I'm happy with that. I like the guy, and I think he's doing a good job. Thank you.

I just had a great experience. He asked questions. He kind of probed into things. I was very impressed. We're never having this doctor before. I know he was a PA, but he was terrific. And yes, I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a doctor.

Just an overall critique here as I've been coming to Holmes Lake Family medicine for 30 years now. Administration has been trending downward. Lack of communication is chronic. I'm often not informed about things I need to do prior to my visits, and often don't have my questions or concerns dealt with in a timely manner. In years past, this was not the case.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I was comfortable with them. I am pleased with how soon I received the results of my visit.

My Doctor of 30 some years retired. I was searching for a new one. After speaking with some other providers, they didn't seem to be a good fit. I contacted Holmes Lake, Doc Kinsey had an opening the next day. That is why I marked he was somewhat familiar with my history. He took time to learn my and my family history. Great guy, great staff!

Dr. Kinsey answered all my questions, took his time with my examination. He was very helpful explaining the medications that he prescribed for me.

I visited with a PA, so I'm not worried that he wasn't familiar with my history. He was incredibly kind, and I could tell he wanted to help. He gave me anti-nausea meds for an upset stomach, but did nothing to address the fact that my nausea is being caused by incredibly painful headaches and dizziness.

I usually see Arin Elsberry but Brett fit me fit in at the last min. So he was not up to date on my care as it was the first time he saw me but was very very thorough and researched some issues during my visit to make sure he covered all my issues. I'm very impressed and thankful at the thoroughness of this care team. Thank you Brett and Arin.

He was very thorough in everything he did. The lady before him who took my vitals communicated with him and things were on his computer for that day and for a period of his days. So he knew my history real well. He followed through with all my needs and therefore I think he rates a 10.

The doctor was amazing!!! He was listened to me, and was very complete in checking to make sure to evaluate my condition. My provider was unable to see me, so they had me see this doctor instead. I would see him again.

THE DOCTOR DID TAKE TIME TO DO A TOUCH EXAM OF WHAT HAS BEEN CALLED A BROKEN RIB FROM WHEN I WAS IN BRYAN WEST ER. HOWEVER, I STILL HAVE SOME CONSERN AS THE ISSUE OF A BROKEN RIB WAS NEVER RESOLVED. I HAD HOPED THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVE ALTERNATE MEDICATIONS ON TWO PRESCRIPTIONS. ONE IS PANTOPRAZOLE. WHILE THIS PRESCRIPTION DOES SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY I WAS ADVISED THAT IT MAY HAVE SOME DANGEROUS SIDE EFFECTS THAT SHOULD BE OF CONSERN. THE SECOND PRESCRIPTION DOES NOT WORK. IT IS COLESEVELAM. WHEN I WAS ADMITTED TO BRYAN AND HAD A STAY THERE THEY PUT ME ON A DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION THAT WORKED WITHOUT THE COMPECATIONS AND FAILURE RATE THAT COLESEVLAM HAS. IF OVER TAKEN BECAUSE OF THE DAILY MEDICATION, IT CAN AND WILL RESULT IN CONSTIPATION. THIS FACT IS NOTED IN THE DIRECTIONS FOR TAKING THIS MEDICATION. WHEN I WAS AT BRYAN WEST AND LATER AT TABITHA I WAS GIVEN AN ALTERNATE PRESCRIPTION WHICH DOES NOT HAVE THE UNDESIRABLE SIDE EFFECTS THAT COLESEVLAM HAS. IFI SKIP THE MEDICATION BECAUSE OF THE COMPLICATIONS, I WIND UP WITH LOSE STOOLS WHICH CAN NOT BE TOLERATED. UNLIKE DOCTOR NOOKA THE DOCTOR DID AN EXAM OF THE AREA AROUND WHAT THE ER THOUGHT WAS A BROKEN RIB. I HAVE HAD FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO HAD THE SO CALLED BROKEN RIB OVER LOOKED UNTIL SUCH A TIME THAT IT WAS EVIDENT THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT A BROKEN RIB. AT WHICH TIME IT WAS TOO LATE TO GIVE EARLY TREATMENT. I MAY HAVE AN UNUSUAL CASE WHICH I HOPE I WAS ABLE TO RELAY TO THE DOCTOR. I WOULD NOT HAVE THE PROBLEMS IF NOT FOR AN ANTIBODIC WHICH WAS PRESCRIBED BY A DENTIST AFTER A ROOT CANNEL. IN ANY CASE THAT MEDICATION CAUSED A DANGEROUS REACTION WHICH COULD HAVE KILLED ME, AND DID PUT ME INTO THE ER AT BRYAN WEST AND RESULTED IN PROBLEMS THAT HAS PLACED ME BACK INTO PHYSICAL THEROPHY. I HOPE THAT I WAS ABLE TO MAKE THAT CLEAR.

They got me in very quickly. I called the day before and they got me in the next day so as a follow-up for being diagnosed with COVID and trying to get over this stuff as quickly as possible.

The PA who saw us took careful observation of our history and took his time going over our problems and recommendations. Thank you.

I appreciated seeing a doctor the same day I called, as I was feeling sick & wanted to start feeling better. I was glad to see someone at my office. He listened and decided on a medicine that would help and offered other suggestions that might help ease discomfort. I'm on my 6th day of meds and the congestion is less and starting to feel much better. Thank You.

I appreciate him listening to my concerns and trying to come up with a solution. Other providers did not do that the last few times I have been it. I will be going to him from now on as well as my husband. Providers need to understand we know our bodies better than anyone else and listen as well as looking at past issues. If we are the type that rarely comes in then please listen and try and help rather than say it's just a virus. I appreciate Brent.
