My provider is the best, she is perfect. The front desk staff are so unprofessional and incompetent every time I come. They can't work the computers and engage in inappropriate conversation and laughing. It's the only thing I dislike about this office.

This was my first visit and everyone was very welcoming. The gentleman that checked me in was great. He had awesome customer service. My doctor spent a lot of time getting to know me and gave suggestions.

I set up an appointment at kind of the last minute and they were able to work me in. Colleen helped me get in to see Carol, who is not my regular doctor, but she did such a fabulous job that I'm so glad that I got to see her. She took her time. She didn't rush. She was very thorough, very pleasant, and I really would like to see her again.

The rating in regards to time and being seen quickly for my appointment is not due to anything that Dr. Boelter did. She had some patients, I believe, before me that probably took up more time and was running late, so I understand that.

I gave a lower rating to the question about the doctor knowing my medical history. I am a new patient, and they seemed to have a little trouble filtering through all of the records forwarded from my former physician. I'm pretty sure the forwarded records were not in a format that allowed for easy retrieval of information. Overall I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this doctor and facility to family and friends.

This was my first visit with Dr. Boelter and I really enjoyed my experience. She listened to my questions and answered them fully and asked me plenty of questions about myself. She only looked at the computer when she absolutely needed to look up information which I've experienced doctors in the past facing the computer constantly and almost talking off a script. I really appreciated her care!

I have gone to many doctors and many offices, and this was definitely the most pleasant experience out of them all. The office staff were very kind and patient, and doctor Boelter was amazing. I have never liked a doctor and she was really great and willing to listen. The only thing I had a small issue with was X-ray, I waited for quite a while for a 30 sec procedure and they were pretty unfriendly when they finally came to get me.

Dr. Boelter was so nice! This was my first visit with her and I felt very comfortable and heard. She asked excellent questions and made me feel as though she really cares about my well being. I am looking forward to having her as my primary care provider. Stephanie, her CMA, was great, too. She did an excellent job, is very nice, and I look forward to interacting with her as well. The only "issue" I had was with the lobby - I felt there should have been a better separation of Urgent Care patients from those of us who were there for appointments. As someone who wasn't sick - I felt a little uncomfortable being so close to the several patients who were there because of illness.

I wish there was a little more of a clear definition of spaces between the urgent care and clinic. As a first time patient, it was confusing about who was checking in for the urgent care and who was checking for the clinic. And the multiple doors for the clinic, I didn't know where to sit in the waiting room. No one had told me where to sit.

This doctor was not my regular primary doctor and she was filling in for my doctor and I have very complicated health history and she seemed to know that and could explain things, make suggestions. She listened to me, took in my suggestions also and it was more than a satisfactory experience with her.

The reason all my medical history was not known is I have to provide the information since my regular doctor has retired.

It was my first appointment with this doctor. She seems like she's a good match for me and my family.

Our family of four are new patients of Dr. Boelter and are so happy we found her! She is so sweet with my children, and is a wonderful listener. We did not feel rushed at all which is important to me because I get flustered when rushed and then have trouble answering questions accurately. New patient appointment. Absolutely love Dr. Boelter. She was so kind, caring, and really listened to me. She was taking notes about my medical history, asking follow up questions, and was also trying to get to know me as a person (not just a patient). I felt truly welcomed and like I was in great hands. The nursing staff that greated me at the door and took me back were also very kind and welcoming. Love the atmosphere and the positive vibes this facility gives off. Everyone was very nice

Yeah, the prescriptions weren't called into the pharmacy. I had to call back several days later to ask for the prescriptions called in, and then they were called into the wrong pharmacy. So then I had to have them transferred to the correct pharmacy. I asked the doctor for it to be a year prescription at three months at a time. The nurse only called in for six months at three months at a time. So now I've got to call back and do that again. When they do call, I can't talk. I have to leave a message. The nurse doesn't call back. She just calls to the pharmacy. So I don't hear any response back whether the message was ever done or not. I just get a call from the pharmacy, which was the incorrect pharmacy, that the prescriptions are there. So not too happy about the procedure. Thank you.

It was a snow day so the schedule was kind of messed up that's why I waited so long.

Dr Boelter and my nurse were friendly and calming to be around. I felt like I was being listened to and she really wanted to know my medical history so she could provide the best care. I look forward to working with her to continue to improve my health.

This was my introductory visit with Dr. Boelter. Both she and the nurses were friendly, competent and paid attention to me as a new patient. I appreciate their detailed questions about my health history and current concerns.

I was very nervous getting a new pcp now that mine is retiring. Dr. Boelter was very reassuring and I appreciate that.

Some of the receptionists are very friendly (Bethany) and helpful. Some are not. We waited a long time, but it was mostly due to the fact that the text reminder said a time 30 minutes before our actual appointment. Reminders should say the actual appointment time, not a time with an artificial buffer built in for paperwork.

All the staff was very friendly and caring. I had a very positive experience!
