I make a appointment to remove callus(corn). Later,doctor said they don't do that. Other options is surgery,which I would not doing(he agreed) He recommended me to do,what I already have done. I'm wondering why nobody tells me about that when I make appointment. I have a feeling you just want my $75 copay + insurance money

The Rooms were clean!

I saw Dr Miller whom I had never seen before. He didn't introduce himself or give any greeting. Was okay but not real personable.

All personnel were outstanding.

My first experience at Capital's foot and ankle clinic was extremely impressive. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the cleanliness, the speed with which everything was handled, and the very thorough explanations I got from everyone involved.

Not taken seriously enough. Waste of time. Didn't feel my introduction was 100%.

I just wish he would have looked at my feet more. It was almost like he just went off of what I told him about what was going on and I had been to other doctors and I just didn't feel like he even cared to see if there was actually something else versus what I had said was wrong with him. So I guess I don't know why I paid $45 to go see him when I could have told myself I had neuropathy.

The check in lady was very pleasant. My nurse was kind and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Miller is kind and caring, explaining in detail what he was going to do. The care was great!

Dr. Miller was a good listener and answered by questions when he gave his invited opinion on treatment for my problem.

Everyone treated me courteously and with respect. I depended on my Google maps to direct me; however, I was directed to the wrong location and arrived more than 15 minutes late. Even though I offered to return at a later time, I was welcomed to come as soon as possible and the medical staff, including Dr. Miller treated me kindly. I can not ask for a more kind treatment, even though I am certain that my late arrival created confusion and disorder in the schedule. Dr. Miller took time to answer my questions.

The front desk staff were helpful. Everyone got me in on time and did a good job. I just wanted to let you know that because my general physician referred me here, and when I first went to look up your phone number online, the Google reviews were not that good, and I was a little apprehensive, but I'm very happy with how I was treated by everyone, and got in in a timely manner. Thank you.

They were all very kind and that is the end of our call. I hate these calls. The care providers were great. That's all you need to know.

Nurse was very nice and made you feel very comfortable. Dr. Miller listened to what you were trying to explain and respond to explain your question so you could understand. I was given options so I could decide what I felt was best for me

Hello, Dr. Miller did a phenomenal job with my ingrown toenail removal, and the nurses were so kind, and informative, and they even helped me take care of my newborn. I would have liked written instructions on post biopsy wound care. It was difficult to remember verbal instructions once I got home.

This was my first visit and left impressed! From the easy check in (in the Bryan Health network so the front desk person found all my information previously uploaded) to my wait in the waiting room to the arrival of my provider. I hardly had time to sit down in the waiting room before my name was called. Again, after the CPN settled me in an exam room, etc. it was no time at all before Dr. D. Miller arrived. VERY efficient, professional and comfortable visit all around. THANK YOU!

I was seen in a reasonable amount of waiting time. Dr Miller listened when I explained my feet problems and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Because of that, I made an appointment for ingrown toenail removal.

I'm in Care in the community through the VA. I very much like Capital Foot/Ankle. Feel much more confident about my foot care, than at the VA! Wish I could stay a patient.

The providers and nurses were excellent and nice and caring. The front desk were rude and angry staff members they need to treat patients better check in and out and over the phone. They may be busy or deal with a lot but a little courtesy goes a long way nicely

I was still completing the medical information and therefore the physician could not have known all of the information. I wanted to make sure that you understood this was not because of his lack of attention.

When I made the appointment for myself and my husband, whoever made the appointment needs a lot more training because somehow she didn't even get me down for an appointment at all and she should have told me what was required like that we had to have the doctor's notes already in our file because I didn't know that because I was a new patient and my husband has been there before and he said that's not the way they had to do it the last time he was there. So they need to tell us more information so we don't make a wasted four hour trip and not be able to do anything because we want it to be covered by Medicare and the rules have changed. The person that makes the appointment needs to know that information and tell the people

Dr. Miller did an excellent job in answering my questions and looking at my feet and cutting my toenails the best they've been cut in years. He was very personable and professional. I would recommend him to anybody and will ask for him if I need to come back. Thank you.

My pain was terrible pain that was 100% affecting my life, and this doctor right away was able to without x-rays, or, you know, he was very knowledgeable. I was able to get treated, and I can walk, and I am a zero percent affected by it now, and so bless you guys. Doctor was great. I do want to mention that one of the benches by the elevator smelled like urine. I thought it looked clean but after I sat there for a minute realized something was terribly wrong. More frequent disinfectant cleaning would be good. Otherwise everything looked very nice.

Very nice visit. I did have one small problem ...when Sarah was trimming my toenails, my 4th toe on left foot was slightly nipped. Doesn't hurt and have bactracin on it. Things do happen! She did an excellent job though trimming my toenails. Sorry she is leaving!

Dr Miller is very kind and caring. He's a great surgeon. His staff (Shelby) is also very gentle and caring. My leg was sore from surgery and I had stubbed my toe and the toenail came off they both took time to address it even when my appointment was just for a post op check. I appreciate them both.

Everyone was wonderful. RN Jen and RN Megan were both very professional, approachable, and kind. Jen was especially personable. I felt as ease and I knew whom to ask with any questions. Kudos to the CRNA for my 'sleepy meds' in the IV given before the injection into my foot, because I was expecting that to be the worst part and I do not even remember it. Yes, it was great. Doctors were great, nurses were great, everybody was on their job, and I was happy to have came there, and got treated and got what I need in order for me to be able to balance myself a lot better and everything. So yes, it was a great visit. The doctors, and nurses were great and you need some coffee in there though with some cream and sugar for the people that sit there that's waiting. Maybe they could drink a cup of coffee, or some bottled water or something. Other than that, everything's all right. Thank you.

My second appointment was canceled because needed updating from primary care doctor. I didn't know that had called me day before and was sent to spam.i have had both appointments for a year and should have been contacted much earlier. This has caused a fairly long delay in getting new shoes. Have had other issues with them before and don't understand why so this is not new. Was told that they knew their calls had been going into other patients spam folder. I actually don't know what their actual phone number Is either as have found 3 so far. Normally don't like to post negative comments but the events from yesterday and being lead to believe everything was ok until almost time for second ap are really upset me.

Everything was great. I wish I had access to the xrays on the portal website and not just the doctors conclusion from them. I find them interesting to look at, but I will end up calling and asking if I could get a copy of them somehow since I don't have access to them otherwise.

I thought my toenails and foot care could have been better, shaping them up, and one was almost like an ingrown toenail in a way. I thought they would dig it out and fix it on some of them. That's all.

Yes, Dr. Miller was extremely, very, very nice and very, he was very good in everything to me and what will be happening after when I get into surgery. He was great. I give him a from a zero to a ten scale. He's a number ten. Thank you.
