The only thing that wasn't great was the wait. I stayed in the lobby for a good 20 minutes of the start time of the appointment after getting there 15 minutes early. Then I waited another 20 to see the doctor.

The doctor was amazing

I was surprised that they scheduled a 1/2 appointment when it was my Medicare appointment that had so many questions that the nurse and doctor had to ask. I needed a pap and EKG and they did fit it in but it took 2 hours for the appointment. All of the people that helped me were friendly and helpful!

On my first appointment which was cancelled and then rescheduled due to lack of care on the part of individuals at the reception desk, I was treated well when I returned for a rescheduled appointment.

Very good experiance

My experience was very positive, as far as my morning appointment. I did try to call back in the afternoon with a question and I had to call back 4 different times before I got a person to answer the phone.

Would highly recommend the doctor to anyone. The staff was very friendly and explained things. The doctor took time for me and explained everything! She even explained prior my chart tests with their relationship to my existing condition. Best quality was that she sincerely listened to me and cared. I am hopeful that my condition will improve with her guidance!!!!

I was very impressed with the care I received from both Dr. Artz and her nurse, Isabel. It was very a positive experience.

Of course the provider took for ever. The nurse never wipe my skin off with alcohol wipe before drawing my blood. Didn't even wash or stantized her hands. Not sure coz she was nervous? Or what. Main thing is make yourself comfortable and hand hygiene please

Dr. Artz is AMAZING!!!! I tried several different doctors after she left Omaha and NONE could even compare to her so I had to make the drive there after accumulating symptoms every other doctor was dismissing. Turns out after seeing Dr. Artz and her attention to detail and knowledge after several tests she found out THREE different reasons to completely explain the 14 symptoms I was having. No other doctor including a specialist and ER doc could figure out 1. Now we still need the cause behind all 3 and details BUT we have so many abnormal blood and urine tests that give us a place to start. Sure I feel physically miserably and sick still, but she finally gave me HOPE of finding an answer. She didn't just dismiss me as a "psych case" or blame it all on my psych meds and looked farther into it like I knew she would. She got back to me the next second she had available the next day to explain to the results I had been stalking on MyChart and talked to me for a good almost 20 minutes about it which most docs do not do and have their nurse call. I am soooooooo thankful for Dr. Artz!!!!!! She seriously is the best of the best!!!

It was a very pleasant visit with Dr. Hailey Artz, she listens well to patient's needs, you can tell that she really cares about patients. I highly recommend her to my family,and friends.

First time visit with provider

The doctor and front desk intake rep, was very polite and professional. However, the nurse with the tats was rude and kept saying she "didn't care about her job." Overall, she was rude and unprofessional. Made me feel uneasy around her.

Hand hygiene? Please use sanitizer and put clean gloves on when in the exam room. I'm not sure when the gloves were put on and what was touched outside of the room.

Dr. Artz was very good as was her nurse. The setting and atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. I loved that I could get in the next day. Excellent. Definitely recommend.

I was so impressed with the office as a whole, with the nurse and with Dr. Artz. They were kind, easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable. I was also impressed that I had a blood draw and all my information was on the computer that same night! Wow to the full experience. I plan to go back!!

We were there to find a primary care doctor because we just moved into town. We chose this doctor and we think we will be well pleased. She had questions for us that showed that she cared and was interested in us.

This was my first time in the Bryan network and I had a fabulous experience. All staff were helpful and professional. The environment was kept clean and looked nice. Great staff! Arron at the front desk helped me before and after the appointment. I live out of town. My windshield wiper broke on the way there and he helped find me an auto place with the part. Doc was so sweet and kind. Looking forward to future visits.
