Everyone is Always kind and Dr. Van Wie is always very thorough.

Yes, Jana Van Wie was my doctor for several years before she went out to Prairie Commons there. And so I finally found that she was working out of your clinic there. So I was very glad for that. And when she saw me, she was just so glad that I found that she was out there. So I was glad too. Thank you.

The doctor and her associate explains things very well in terms we can understand! Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with! Trust them both 100 percent. Friendly staff at all levels!!!

I did not ask how long it would take to get the culture (UA) back. I had never seen Dr Van Wie before. She took time to look up past history to make sure that, at least temporarily, she was prescribing the best antibiotic. I know Dr McDonald would have done the same. ...the benefits of technology! When entering on the south side, there is a parking lot to the west (small one). I entered there thinking this was were I needed to park. Unfortunately it was not. A sign or provide a connecting driveway would be great. Much better than driving all around to the south.

Jana makes you feel very comfortable and you can ask any question to her. She's willing to explore, research, and not afraid to try things when you have a problem. She's very open to listening and giving suggestions. I just really appreciate seeing her.

She was very well-known with my history and I'd rather see her again in four months. And she will see me. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Van Wie was honestly pretty helpful considering that I didn't get to see my normal doctor or his physician's assistant. I guess some of my scores were down there because sometimes it can't be helped. But I called in the Tuesday previous and wasn't able to be seen until that following Monday. So I was left with the health issues that I was suffering from over the weekend, which I know happens, but it takes a really long time and I rarely get to see my doctor or his physician. I end up seeing a lot of the other doctors in the building who don't know my history or know things about me, so it's not necessarily the provider's problem. And I guess it's good for Dr. Crouch and his ability to have a lot of patience and his PA and everything, but it's just kind of hard when you are seeing such a bevy of different people every time you go to see your physician. So that would be my main complaint. And I don't know that any of my medications are working, that I've been prescribed because I'm still suffering from the same symptoms that we're supposed to clear up within a couple of weeks.

The thing I didn't like was the difficulty in getting there, the roundabouts, doctors not listed in the hallway so you know where to go when you get there and so it's not a user-friendly place.
