Jennifer Kramer was extremely professional, kind, actively listened, and empathic while I explained how I was feeling. She asked further questions to get a good understanding. She offered great advice and knowledge when I asked questions. This was only my second time seeing her so I had a lot of anxiety before the appointment. She's very easy to open up to and be honest about how I'm feeling without judging me. I can honestly tell she really cares about her patients and helping them get better.

Yes. My appointment with Jennifer went very well. I was really nervous at first. It's always hard starting up new with somebody, but she made me feel very welcome and seemed really interested in my brief bio of everything that's wrong with me. And the meds, went over those, of course, because I'm on a lot of meds. And she really seemed to understand and stuff. It's kind of hard to tell your life story or whatever, but I do have a lot of health issues and she validated them and let me know that I'm okay and that she's open to other things. But I felt very welcome
