I would like to have all providers talk about the importance of diet, lifestyle, toxins, etc. on every aspect of health. I believe this is what separates health care providers from disease management providers and sadly, health care providers are few and far between.

I was very pleased with this first visit. I'm hoping I will not need to return.

Yes, I just like to say that how good all the treatment was from cutting my toenails to just making them nice and moist and everything. It has been a pleasure to go there and every time I do go there, I get such good treatment and I just love it so much. And I can't wait to go again. Everyone was friendly. I felt the doctor listened to .y concerns and addressed them.

Dr. Vest was great & discussed my issue. Said he was going to get a pad for my toe. Then there seemed to be a disconnect because I did not see him again and did have some questions. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes until the nurse came with the pad and demonstrated how to put it on & did. I did ask her a few questions but I was not totally confident with her responses. End of appointment.

Dr Vest and team treated me so kindly and i felt confident and cared for. I was embarrassed of my feet but Dr Vest really put my anxiousness and feelings at ease. He was confident he could help me and we would do this together which really made me feel happy I had reached out. Thank you to him and his team!

The handout of stretches that I was given to take home was a quickly-made copy of a copy that was hard to read and not professional-looking. I was surprised. This is standard info that a number of patients would need- and I need it to last a couple months!

My questions were answered thoroughly by nurse and Dr. Vest. My procedure (toenail removed) was explained well and I was made comfortable.

Everyone was helpful and courteous.

We came in for information on foot fungus care and did not get the chance to discuss before the doctor went to another patient

The receptionist, nurses, doctor, and appointment scheduler were were friendly and thorough.

The surgery is a little scary but Dr Vest let me feel comfortable enough so that I'm going to schedule it.

The PA I saw (Angie) was professional, polite, answered questions thoroughly, and explained the facts in very comprehensible way.

For first time being at capital foot and ankle as a patient, everything was streamline from check-in, getting back into the room and then being seen by the provider. Was a great experience.

The person who assisted me was patient, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very at ease during my visit.

Dr. Vest left the exam room, saying he would be right back with a picture of the medical sock he wanted me to use. He did not return. I think he may have asked a medical assistant to bring in the picture because after waiting much too long, my husband went out to the nursing station. I had obviously been forgotten. I know these things happen but I object to the absence of an apology.

I think Dr. Vest is the best doctor that there is as far as a foot doctor. I've been going to him for a long time and I have no intention of changing. Thank you very much.

The front deskreceptionist was not unfriendly. I could have checked into a computer kiosk and had the same experience.

Angi did a great job!!! Dr. Vest looked at my ankles and determined quickly what the problem was!

He is very knowledgeable, and was very easy to communicate with him. All my questions were answered. I am very satisfied with the service provided

I never saw Dr. Vest, as per scheduled appointment. The PA I did see was great, and fine for a required pre-orthotics check for Medicare insurance. So it may not matter for treatment. However, I was never called from waiting room for the dr. appointment, instead went right to casting -- and receptionist Darla had to intervene to make sure the casting nurse knew I needed to see Dr. Vest first. After a while, the PA came to see me. It delayed the back-to-back scheduled appointment then casting by around 15 minutes, and I never saw Dr. Vest.

My nurse was also amazing!

My appointment was scheduled with Dr Vest. I did not see him at all during my visit. I was not told when I checked in for my visit that I was seeing his NP. This is not fair to the patient.

I would have given a 10 except they failed to send my prescription in after my visit so I need to call back a second time to try to get my prescription sent for my anti-inflammatory

They NP gave me great care. My toe does not hurt at all this morning. I couldn't be any happier.

It was a great customer service, our receptionist, and I was seeing my baby was in a timely manner and all my questions were answered and the provider listened to me really well and also they were able to help my baby with what we went in for.

She treated and gave me good options, I was happy.

I was disappointed because I thought my appointment was with my normal provider, Dr Vest. I saw Amy Tuzson and she was nice and knowledgeable. She identified that my insert was not made correctly. She told me she was going to go talk to Dr Vest and get the guy who works with the inserts. I thought Dr Vest would step in to confirm what she thought was wrong. I didn't see her again or Dr Vest. I didn't find out what was actually wrong with my foot (like strained ligament or muscle) or what to do to help it feel better. The insert guy (sorry I don't know his name) came and adjusted my insert and then my visit was over. I got home frustrated that I didn't know what exactly was wrong, how long it'll take to heal or what to do to help it. So I emailed. She did respond quickly. I followed up with questions and I'm waiting to hear back on what's physically wrong with me. I'm sure she'll respond quickly. She responded within an hour yesterday. I just wish she would've told me these things. I thought Dr Vest was coming in the room so I didn't think to ask her the rest of my questions.

Very efficient

I saw Dr. Vest, Joshua Vest, and talked about my foot fungus. I would like to know how to get a hold of him sometime to ask him about a prescription that I didn't get to fill with a topical ointment that I got the perspiration control stuff at CVS, but I did not get the fungal treatment solution. And I'm wondering if it got forgotten or if it was something to do with insurance and I would like

Don't put in your Notes that you told me things you did not mention. Not important, but Kearney & Holdrege are south central NE not western.

This was my first time seeing a podiatrist. I felt like everything was explained well including the benefits of the recommendations that were given to me. I plan on coming back to continue to make sure my feet are in the best condition possible. Thank you.

I've needed this done for years and I've been so anxious about it for weeks, but everyone from the second I walked in the door until I was making the check up appointment was world class in soothing those fears and helping me start the process of healing. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who needs work done with their feet.

Long process, check in 15 before appointment time. Saw 4 diff employees through the process. Didn't see the Dr. till an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Was there hour and half total time. Be nice to know it's a lengthy process.

I really like Dr Vest. He has listened to me and given me good recommendations. The last visit I had my only dilemma was the wait. Was taken back within a couple of minutes of arriving. But waited just over 20 mins in the room.

Terrific! Had questions the next day , called, they called back in a timely fashion and answered my queries. Highly recommend.

From being greeted by Darla at the front desk to being treated by Angie I was very pleased.

Everyone in this office was so friendly and welcoming. It is what I have come to expect from Bryan Healthcare and they did not disappoint.

Was glad the issue of the toenails with serious fungus issues could be taken care of the day of our first visit.

I was to have a call back by mid afternoon. I called 2x and sent a message via one chart w/ no response. My MRI was to addressed a d I drove 1:45 minutes for absolutely nothing useful. Very upset with how this was handled.

Everyone from front desk, CNA, APRN and Doctor were very friendly, knowledgeable and kind through the process of my first visit??

I saw 3 providers in this 2/20/24 visit. First Nadine who is wonderful. Next I saw Angie who was excellent. Lastly I briefly saw Terry who is always great.

It would be nice to have Insurance help with orthotics. Apparently, Medicare and Insurance have not heard that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Could the Foot And Ankle industry help in this way? Thank you. PS desk was very helpful in getting me admitted and explaining things

Yeah, I had a really good experience. The doctors got me in and out of the office in a timely manner and my surgery is healing really well and they also had very good communication skills. And what would the other group be like?

I was told that a prescription for Urea lotion for daily use on my calluses would be submitted to my pharmacy, but it's been over a week and the pharmacy has not received the order even though I have called Capital Foot and Ankle twice. Still no prescription or response from CF&A.

Dr. Vest provided good information and was outstanding in establishing rapport.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Joshua M. Vest acted like he had all the time in the world to spend with me and that he explained everything to me and what had happened during my fall and that he also explained to me that because of the diabetes there was a doctor to see for shoes and I'm hoping that when I see him next time he'll refresh my memory on who that is. But anyway I was just thoroughly impressed with him and his manner and I appreciated everything he did for me. Thank you very much Dr. Vest.

I think there was an issue that day with a staff meeting that was going until 1:15 and appointments were supposed to be starting at that time. This means that patients are showing up at 1 pm as instructed to check-in. I do not have mobility problems, but I noticed other folks did and had no place to sit while they were waiting. I would just recommend moving the appointments back or holding the meeting sooner, or having someone on deck to check folks in. Not only is the provider's time important, but patients and those that will now be late for the day.

The office was very busy, which contributed to the delay. Multiple staff apologized for the delay.

We didn't actually see Dr. Vest. We saw a PA. She did a quick consult before we saw Terry. Terry did a great job explaining everything to us.

We were met with kindness and professionalism. The nurses and the receptionists were great to work with and all the technicians and the doctors treated us like we were the most important thing at that point in time for them to work with.

Yes, I didn't get to see Dr. Vest, but the nurse practitioner saw me and gave me some good options to think about. I rate her highly. She's good. And I had Sarah for doing the nail trimming, which was badly needed. And she did an excellent job. Just want to let you know that.

I always feel like Dr. Vest listens to me and that he offers alternatives which are more positive, rather than directly recommending surgery or something else. So, I appreciate that. And then having Terry as an orthotist has been amazing. He does a great job. So, Thank you.

Dr. Vest was very professional in examining my foot issue and providing proper treatment to take care of it. He also did a thorough exam of my feet and told me that they were in really good shape. With me being a diabetic, that was important to hear. I would highly recommend Dr. Vest to anyone searching for a good "foot & ankle" doctor!!

Dr. Vest was super easy to talk to and didn't rush the appointment like other providers I've had. Also, Ashley, the nurse, was a good time. Keep her around :)
