I'm happy that I asked for an ultrasound, that I was asked for, although I am not happy that after having the ultrasound done that I had to call to get any type of result. I'm also not happy that I had to call on my blood work either because I don't understand medical records, not the general public. So you should be expecting a phone call from an office that knows what they're doing. I didn't really get that. I definitely didn't get that the second time around. I got a girl who sounded like she was Google searching instead of an actual phone call from my doctor. I would have liked to have heard from my doctor or someone who was educated on what exactly was going on with me. I still have not.

Dr Rauner is caring, kind, and patient. Never makes me feel rushed. Takes time to listen and answer questions. She is an asset to the medical field.

Dr. Rauner showed zero sympathy or concern regarding my marriage and all the changes we have went through this year. Didn't even ask for more information just focused on how quickly she could exam me and get me out of her office. I have been going to Dr. Rauner for a number of years and this is the first time I left feeling completely unheard, not the slight bit of concern over my changes. It was like she did not even remember me from the prior years and years of annual exam. She did not show any care for me as an individual.

From the front desk receptionist to my nurse, very personable. My doctor, I love her. She's very thorough. She asks me questions. She explains everything very well. I really appreciate the Holmes Lake office.

Dr Rauner and her staff are always very kind and respectful. I always leave feeling like I have been treated very well.

I spent a lot of time getting my meds in an hour before the visit and had to spend 15 min duplicating that work with the nurse since the doctor had to approve the ehr and the nurse couldn't see them. Would have liked a blood test and tetanus booster and ran out of time due to this duplicate work. Overall incredible team but the EHR caused more work for patient and provider team

I had my blood drawn by Summer and she was amazing! I wasn't feeling well after and she made she I was taken care of and well before leaving. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

When I search for Dr. Rauner online, the first link that comes up is address, phone and hours. Error is the hours show that the 2701 S 70th St. location opens at 7am, so I was there at 7am day before appointment for blood work but not open.

I can tell that Dr. Rauner is a caring individual and wants to help me do the best to maintain good health.

Everyone at the reception desk was very caring & friendly. The nurse was very gentle, she made sure that I was comfortable and took her time listening to my concerns. Dr. Rauner is always very professional. She listened to all of my questions & concerns. We talked things thru and I felt good about my health plan.

I have seen Dr. Rauner only two times but both times she has been very thorough with my exam and wanting to help with my concerns.

Dr. Rauner did an amazing job this visit. I have had visits before where it has felt as though she has been rushed or other patients have taken too long and I've waited and waited and I can tell when she comes in she just needs to get things back on track and I haven't felt as listened to. So that's the reason why she didn't get a higher score overall is because I was kind of blending previous experiences with the most recent one but this most recent one was really a good experience.

The provider went through everything on the computer and did everything for the appointment but forgot to include me in the conversation. She checked off everything on her agenda and dictated things to me but I had to stop her from leaving so that I could talk about the concerns on my agenda. She forgot to care about me. It seems like she doesn't like her job anymore and is getting through the day.

Very helpful, and answered all my questions, and gave me information I needed to no.

Dr.Rauner always takes time to listen to my questions and make sure I understand what I have and the treatment plan she wants me to do. She is very good at what she does.

I don't like how often I was bounced around during my appt. Lobby to exam room, back to lobby (waiting for my lab draw), then to lab, then to lobby again (waiting for a vaccine), back to exam room.

I've seen her for a lot of years. It seems like more and more she's in a hurry and seems irritated.

The nurse and doctor were very nice, but the ladies at the front desk/check-in area seemed pretty irritated and it wasn't even towards the end of the day. Not a good look.

I was very impressed with my first visit to this clinic as my provider was at another location. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The waiting room was comfortable. I spent time filling out the questionnaire of my health history prior to the appointment, and I felt like I had to review at all with the nursing assistant once I got there. That is not an efficient use of either of our time

She was an excellent, she is an excellent doctor and I got an excellent care from her, but these questions, so many of them are redundant and I don't appreciate spending my time answering a dozen questions when two or three will do.
