My Approach to Care

I care for patients of all ages – from newborns through all stages of life. My approach to care is to treat each person as an individual. Medicine is not a ‘one size fits all’ – each person has different needs and I’m here to provide that personalized care.

I believe in collaborative care and listening to my patients. This way we can find a solution to any health concerns together. In addition to treatment, my focus is also on preventative care to keep patients healthy.

  • Newborns, toddlers, children, teens and adults of all ages
  • Preventative care, wellness checks and screenings
  • Chronic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes

I am an anxious person, so setting up a new provider was definitely making me nervous. But everyone was definitely friendly, from the person at the front desk, to the nurse who helped me out, to the primary. Felt like a person as opposed to just a number.

I was extremely happy how I was treated on my very first appointment. I was a little nervous and they understood and listened to my every concern. I was given instructions on what to do in my situation and given a list of speciality cardiologist doctors to connect with which was very important to me just moving here from another state. I know that I choose the right doctor/practitioner and staff to care for me. It definitely was the right fit. Thank you.

I was very happy to find Marissa. I had her at another place and I missed her terribly. The other people were quite incompetent. She was very concerning about my health and updated everything for me. She was also very wonderful with a friend that I had referred there who definitely has been neglected in her health care and she has been very wonderful with her. So Marissa Ebel is such a wonderful nurse practitioner. She could be one of the greatest doctors of the time. She is so thorough and very wonderfully charming. We really do care for Marissa. Being asked the same questions repeatedly on the app then three times in person is not necessary. Can be frustrating when you know your diagnosis that you've had for years but it's changed on after care summary to be something different

Marissa did not know anything about my history because this was the first time I went to her office and I was establishing care. And I have to say, she has the sin for all my records. And I think she's really a good doctor. She referred me to oncology and I really liked her a lot. She's very thorough.

I had an awesome experience with Marissa Ebel and her staff and everything. They make me feel good. They give me all the information. They truly care. They take their time. They go over everything. They make sure you're comfortable, that you have a plan, that you're being taken care of, that they're open for communication.
