Everyone that I spoke with at this appointment was so incredibly kind. I appreciated how cared for I felt. Even though it was the very end of the day I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. What a lovely staff.

The lady who did my blood work hurt me. Maybe she needs a refresh course.

Dr. Husain and her staff are phenomenal. I never feel hurried. Great listeners. When I leave the office, I always have a plan, personalized, set up for taking care of ongoing issues I have, ex: edema.

I've been seeing Dr. Husain for a number of years and she has been knowledgeable and caring while managing my health issues. I like seeing a physician who knows my history which leads to better care for me.

So waiting was way too long. Received a message that I needed to be there 10 to 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, which I was, and then I ended up waiting even 10 to 15 minutes after my appointment time. The urgent care and clinic have the same check-in area, and even though they feel like they have separate seating, it was intermixed. I think there could be a better separation.

Dr. Rubab Husain is a thoughtful, caring and empathetic doctor. She takes the time to explain tests and procedures carefully. She treats me as a unique person, recognizes and remembers me from visit to visit. I appreciate her insights. I have found Dr. Husain to be an excellent primary care provider. I trust her with my care.

Dr. Husain truly cares for each individual patient she sees. She took the time to explain changes to medication, addressed my concerns about the impact this medication could have and explained how we would be carefully monitoring any impact. I'm so grateful for her attention to detail and compassion.

I had to check in at 8:25 for my 8:40 appt. I didn't get called back until almost 9:00 and then had to wait another 10 or so minutes for the provider to come in. After the visit with them I had to wait for someone to come and schedule me for my next appt and he didn't get to me for at least 20 minutes after my provider left. He apologized for the wait as he was on the phone but I still had labs to do to. So by the time it was all said and done and I was to work it was 2.5 hours I had to take off of work. Just seems inefficient to have to wait for someone to come to me to schedule an appt.

Happy with the results

I've had better experiences. Just didn't seem quite as caring as usual.

My daughter and I were both seen together, and I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Husain and the care team. We were checked in quickly, all concerns addressed, and everyone was so kind and helpful.

I love my care team. Honestly, they're the best people.

I was scheduled a few weeks ago and waited for over an hour after my appointment time to see Dr. Husain. She was in the next room with a patient and no end in sight so I had to reschedule my appointment and leave that day and come back. The nurse rescheduled me for the 3rd patient of the day so my wait time would not be long the next time. I came back and still waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Time is valuable and having to take a second day of extra time off work was not ideal. It is clear medical history is not reviewed prior to entering the room by the nurse or provider. Every time I come in I get asked the same questions regarding pap smear (which I get done at my OB/GYN) and they have not requested records and regarding basal cell history. I feel like a number and another patient pushed through the office. The CNA this last time had my chart pulled up on the computer when I walked into the room and it was not secured/locked in Epic at all. Anyone could have walked into the room and looked at my record during that time or charted something under her name.

She had several recommendations that I hope will prove helpful as time goes by.

This was my initial visit and I couldn't be happier for making the decision to see Dr. Husain.

She makes a real pleasure out of a doctor visit.

I have been a patient of Dr Husain for many years. I referred my daughter to her . My son -,in -law is also a patient there.

Certainly! Here's a revised version: Recently, she has been extremely rude and arrogant. She refuses to listen to your problems, claiming she doesn't have time and will only address one issue. It's incredibly disrespectful to patients. If someone has both heart and brain issues, they shouldn't be told, 'I'll only discuss your brain today, not your heart. That's how she acted recently.

I got there 20 mins early, barely anyone in the parking lot. Other people started to show up and were seen almost right away. Even though my appt. time had already passed. (I had been fasting for lab work and it was around noon time) Also, to get any prescriptions filled, I have to be the one to ask for a refill and the pharmacy doesn't automatically do it like others do but then you can maybe get a response for refills a day or two later if not later from the office. I was never even told I was due for a physical which was why my refills were getting denied but no one told me that. Until it was a day before I needed them.

She is kind and remembers your history while listening to your concerns and understanding your decisions.

Dr. Husain was very pleasant to discuss matters with. She listened to all concerns and expressed care and concern with the options available. She explained very well the route that will be taken to deal with the issues at hand. She has a very welcoming demeanor. It was so easy and comfortable to speak with her on matters of concern. Even though this was a first visit, I felt like she was our doctor for years, the visit was so comfortable. I highly recommend her to those seeking a physician that is professional, caring, respectful of your concerns, one willing to take time to listen and actually hears you, and is thorough.
