Everybody was very, very nice. The doctor was very attentive, listening, and answered all the questions I had. The thing that I think could be improved on is just maybe follow-through. I was told my labs would be sent over, and that was on my appointment date, and here we are three days later, and my labs have still not been sent... Excuse me, the lab orders are still not sent over to the lab. So maybe follow-through would be something you guys could work on.

Yes, after my MRI someone came to me and told me I had a tumor on my head, and he got pretty upset with me when I told him to go ahead and do surgery on my brain, and he left the same way, mad for whatever reason, I don't know why he was upset, but anyway, there you are.

I very happy I made the appointment and saw Sarah Eckles-Van Horn. She gave me her full attention and was familiar with my situation. She had my records and shared the results of previous imaging, explaining as she went. I felt listened to and understood. I had choices about how to proceed which I appreciated.

I'd had a wonderful experience with Sarah but the wait to see a neurologist was frustrating. When the ER said follow up with a neurologist in 2 weeks and it took over 2 months to see the Nurse Practitioner. Frustrating. But I trust Sarah will confer with Dr Gregath and I'll feel better with my case.
