My Approach to Care

I believe in a collaborative and team-based approach to practicing medicine. I want my patients to feel like they are a part of their own health care team. My goal is for patients to leave my office feeling heard and supported. Mental health care cannot be a “one size fits all” approach and I work to develop individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each specific patient. Great care requires evidence-based medicine and partnership between patient and provider. I hope to be a part of helping my patients achieve better overall health and wellness.

I received by Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. I went on to receive my Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Creighton University School of Medicine – Physician Assistant Program. I am happy to call Nebraska home and to serve this community.
