Heart, Stroke & Vascular Screenings

Fill out the registration form below.
Select the screening procedure(s) you would like to purchase.
Submit payment information for your screening(s).
Within three business days, you will receive a phone call from Bryan Medical Center to schedule your screening appointment.
You will receive instructions on your appointment time, location and any relevant information regarding your screening.

Screening reports will be mailed to the home address on file. You may share the report with your provider if desired as they will not automatically receive a copy.
If any urgent findings are identified, your provider will be contacted directly by the Vascular Lab staff.
