Before your blood draw:
- Activate your kit (if needed)
- Complete all personal information and paperwork as needed
- Write down tracking number if you wish to track shipping progress
Shipping and results:
- Many kits require overnight shipping which cannot be sent the day before a holiday; consider this when choosing your blood draw date
- If return postage is paid for your kit, we can package and mail it for you (you will need to have your kit activated before your blood draw)
- You will receive results directly from the company; they will not be posted in MyChart
How it Works
- Select and purchase your lab test(s) below. When you order your test, we will ask you to let us know the day you plan to come in but you don't need to let us know a time.
- Walk-in to our Family Medicine of Ashland clinic at 601 Highway 6, Ashland, Nebraska on the day you want to receive your test.
- Go to the check-in/registration desk and let them know you are here for an on-demand lab test.

Results Information
- You will receive your results in your MyChart account.
- Only tests with FINAL results will be seen in MyChart.
- Tests with pending results will not appear in MyChart until results are final; this may take 3-5 days.
- Results will only be sent to you, you can share with your provider as you wish.
- If a result comes back as a critical value, a telehealth provider will contact you directly.
