Bryan Medical Center Visitor Information
Visitor Hours:
With exception to Bryan Family Birthplace
- Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Mental Health Visitor Hours
- Youth patients: Noon-12:30 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. daily
- Adult patients: 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
There are special circumstances where exceptions to visiting hours may be made based on the patient’s condition – nearing end of life. Any adjustments to visiting hours based on a patient’s condition will be made by their nurse.
This applies to all areas of Bryan Medical Center with the exception of Women’s and Children’s and mental health areas.
Accessing Bryan Medical Center
Entering Bryan Medical Center on Bryan East Campus:
There are two ways to get to Bryan Medical Center during visiting hours.
- Bryan Medical Center
- Bryan Medical Plaza
Both entrances are open during visiting hours with parking garages nearby.
Valet parking is available for patients and visitors at the Bryan Medical Center entrance A between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m Monday-Friday.
Entering Bryan Medical Center on Bryan West Campus:
There are two ways to get to Bryan Medical Center during visiting hours.
- Bryan Medical Center, open 24/7
- Bryan Medical Plaza, open Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-5 p.m.
Bryan Family Birthplace at Bryan East Campus
Visiting hours are flexible and based on the patient and baby’s conditions.
- NICU patients
- A list of up to six visitors will be submitted to nursing staff by the parent/support person; this number includes parent(s), support person(s) and siblings
- Four people may visit at a time; if under age 18, the visitor must be a sibling
- Siblings must be age 14 or older for regular visits; siblings under age 14 can visit one time per month
- Patients on the Pediatric Unit in the Women’s & Children’s Tower
- A list of up to six visitors will be submitted to the nursing staff by the patient or parent/support person, this number includes parent/support person and siblings
- Four people may visit at a time
- Siblings age 2 and over who are toilet trained can visit
- Siblings age 2-12 can visit for one hour per day
Anyone 16 years and older is required to show a photo ID at the visitor access desk on the first floor of the Women’s and Children’s Tower.

Bryan is a smoke-free environment. This supports our mission to improve health. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the medical center buildings.

Latex-Safe Environment (Balloons and Other Items)
For the safety of our patients, visitors and staff, the medical center is latex safe. This means we have removed all items containing latex powder, and we cannot allow latex rubber balloons in any medical center building. If latex balloons are brought into one of our facilities, we will ask the visitor to return the balloons to their vehicle. Mylar balloons are acceptable.
Latex allergic reactions can range from moderate irritation and discomfort to life-threatening conditions. Being latex-safe helps prevent allergic reactions and the development of the allergy over time.

Hours: 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
Bryan West Campus
Cafeteria location: Lower level
